If you wouldn't mind sharing this link with others so they can at least
read it for themselves and decide what they want to do with the
information (and maybe plant a garden, etc.), it'd be appreciated.
We're to sound the alarm, so I want to do what I can, but I'd
appreciate your help.  The thought of people starving is just awful, as
you know, so help warn them so they can be prepared, while there's
time.

One thing I am sure about, is that God will sustain his people!

When katrina came through here and wiped the map with us, it was chaos. Huge lines at the gas stations, everything closed, power outages for weeks, etc.

My home church "pastor" and his family were on their way home late at night in this mess shortly after the storm, when they needed gas, but none could be gotten. They prayed for God's help, and the gas gauge floated right back up to F.

The same thing happened to another member of that fellowship.

As for me, I had run off to shreveport and got stuck there for 2 weeks. I had just bought a used car, the kind I at the time really wanted (honda prelude) and made a hasty decision. Turned out it had a bad transmission (lemon) and I thought I was going to have to either get rid of it or pay $$$ to get it fixed. I prayed that God would work it out, and while I was in exile from the hurricane, I brought the car to a dealership for a small ignition problem, and they ended up giving me a new transmission and a bunch of other stuff for free because of some kind of crazy emissions warranty, which I wouldn't have known about had I not been stuck there in the first place. Another place cut me this huge deal on tires b/c i noticed a bulge on one of them and had to replace them for the drive back.

I saw the people of God in these areas really blessed and provided for even in the middle of all the craziness. I have no reason to think that the people of God should be terrified of economic collapse.
