Banned from a Univeralism forum for Promoting Universalism

Yes, the title is somehow true!

Today, I was messaged on my inbox on Christianforums.com be a user called "Deafsilence". FineLinen was also there in the chat. Deafsilence invited us to a forum called Christianforums.net which had a Universalism section.

However, after creating my account and posting an introductory message on the forum talking about Universalism, the next time I went to a forum post, this error message showed up:

"You have been banned for the following reason: promoting Universalism."  :laughing7:

So, I think I had an account there, for a solid, 10 minutes maybe? Either way, as long as I have somewhere to post about Universalism, like here on Tentmaker, then that's good with me.

I understand that almost too well. I learned at one point that just because a Christian forum has a sub forum on Universalism doesn?t mean that particular sub forum is pro-Universalist or even accepting of Universalism.

This is absolutely true. In fact, I've found that oftentimes, particular sub forums that allow Universalism specifically do so with the intention of having someplace for members to specifically try to disprove it.

It's why I'm grateful places like the Tentmaker forum exists, a safe haven for us fellow Universalists to talk about Universal Salvation.

Still, on the sites that haven't banned me (yet... I suppose lol  :laughing7: ) I will continue posting Universalist verses there. It's a journey to understand the truth and at one point, I too, used to be just at the beginning of that journey, not even knowing Universalism existed before. All we can do is help them understand. It's ultimately up to them to learn it.

But the beautiful thing with Christian Universalism is that, eventually, God will win them over. Since everyone will be saved, everyone will also know that everyone is saved.

It's like how the Grand Canyon was shaped. Water splashing over rocks, not doing much in the present, but eventually over time, forming the geographical landmark that we know of today.
