Perfect Imperfection

Imperfections, problems, flaws, defects, blunders, and difficult conditions hound us all. Yet, God is sovereign - fully aware and completely able to alter any of these situations. Therefore, these must be perfect imperfections.

These may result in disasters, cancer, tsunamis, misery and death - but the resurrection of all (Acts 24:15) and the restoration of all things (Acts 3:21) will result in our ability to recognize and appreciate God?s relentless love and mercy forever.

Perhaps it could be - the ONLY WAY for us to really see these amazing and beautiful attributes of our creator was for us to experience these perfectly orchestrated imperfections for ourselves. Temporary discomforts and even horrible tragedies are choreographed to set the backdrop for us to clearly see Him when we enter the resurrected life.

Lamentations 3:38 - Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that both good and ill goes forth??

Isaiah 45:7 - I form light and create darkness; I make well-being and create calamity; I am the LORD, who does all these things.

Are our broadest hopes broad enough? Shall there be a nook or abyss, in all the universe of God, finally unlightened by the Cross? Shall there be a sin, or sorrow, or pain unhealed? Is the very universe, is creation in all its extent, a field wide enough for the Son of God?

Amen! :thumbsup: I think of it as being not a matter of what God has created, but what He is creating. The question being how do you create beings with genuine thinking and reasoning ability, and, keep paradise/perfection intact?
     I think the whole ?problem? is what I now think of the natural law of imperfection. Because God is Life itself, and ?is perfect? imperfection is the oppisite of life. ?Harmartia? - greek for ?misdkng the mark? results in death. I think imperfection is a bottomless pit of potential. And can only ever be trouble (tribulation), ruin (apocalypse) and ultimately death (not being).
     So, God put a visible option of imperfection/straying was included in the original garden, and God engineered thjngs do ?all in heaven and Earth? would take this unavoidable journey/lesson all together at once.. I think it?s all spelled out but the ancient myth of afterlife punishment is very hard to shake!
     These verses to me sum it up, how the Lord said ?all those in the tombs? (graves) ?will hear His voice and will come forth? (from the graves/tombs) ?..some in the resurrection of life, and some in the resurrection of judgment? (Jn.5:28-29) ?after the thousand years? (Rev.20:5).
     And Matthew 25:46 - ?these will go away into aionian-AGELASTING kolasis-CORRECTION? (translated, everlasting punishment) ?but the righteous into aionian life? (the millennium).
