Marie - try elderberry syrup/concentrate.  I am told it works wonders.

Funny, I was just talking to a friend tonight that brought up the Elderberry syrup.  I'd never heard of it, but she swears by it!  I guess it's time you try it Glenda.

 :dsunny: Sending up a prayer for you.  I would also advise you and anyone reading to get yourself a juicer and begin adding pure fresh vegetable juices to your daily diet.  It really does help to heal us from the inside out.
