What audio Bible would you recommend?

I have been having trouble reading through the Bible and staying motivated(even though I want to know what it says). I tend to get mentally worn out by reading pretty easily(I think I might seriously be mildly dyslexic or something). I think an audio book would help(whether I just listen or read along). Unfortunately, I could not find a complete YLT audio Bible with the NT(Maybe it is for the best since I might have more trouble understanding what is going on). In theory, I would prefer accuracy of translation over readability but in practice, I get more confused when there is less readability so it ends up being counterproductive. That being said, I don't need a paraphrase translation or anything. Something that is at least as easy to read(or listen to in this case) as the KJV should be fine. I don't care much about whether it is read by a professional but I don't want to listen to a robot(text to speech technology) and I am willing to buy an audio Bible.

I think the first thing you need to decide is which translation you like most.
Likely there are more but I listened to KJV, NIV, NLT which are read by a professionals.

There is also TTB infused, which is read by several ministers (on a radio show)

I like accurate Bibles like you. But for me it's a little different with an audio Bible. I listen during travel. For me, and that personal, the accuracy is a little less important when listening.

Amen, I agree! A version which keeps you in the story..

   I think I will look for an audio bible for on my phone! :gsmile:

For now, I think I am going to go with a dramatized one(mainly because I like the different people to have different voices) for the stories(like Genesis or the Gospels) and I am liking Max MacLean reading the KJV for the epistles(I am currently reading along in the epistles).

Dramatized is more than different voices in different books.

Different voices for different people, even in the same verse.
Older and younger sounding voices.
Normal and raised voice.
Even minor 'special effects' like rain in the Flood story.

While the voice actor of the KJV is good, others are also. NIV and (especially) NLT is more everyday English.
