I am 55y old.. brother in Jesus from India.. where many million idol Gods getting worships.. but i am worshiping true God who send His son to shed blood for my sins.. i was born again.. shepherd to three churches, bible teacher to our Bible college, leader/elder for this ministry where other ministers are working with me in ministry.. I am a tentmaker not joined with any mission but God is making me as a big worker in His kingdom... walking with Jesus from 28years.. i like to have better fellowship with Doers not preachers. i left the job and dedicated life to serve and work in remote areas which is not my native,.. married 32y .. living with son, daughter, few grown poor kids in home, wife,. sister..... my goal is to reach more people to present gospel, and to plant churches in new areas, and train and send ministers to fields.. (whole meaning developing the kingdom of God) I NEED ADVISES, GUIDANCE, PRAYERS AND FELLOWSHIP.. Every day we have battle i love to over come by your prayers.. thank you ..

Hi Brother! What an amazing thing to be able to 'talk' with a brother thousands of miles from me. Wonderful thing to hear your testimony of being a son of God in a land that is just a vague idea to me. And where people do actually worship idols. I'm from the USA, in the state of Louisiana. I don't even have any concept of idolatry, at least in which people really bow to, pray to, and serve figures of wood, stone, etc. For me, that's just a story in the Bible that seems long past and irrelevant. But it apparently is STILL in the earth. We do have plenty of idolatry here, but just in more hidden forms. I've always read this story in the book of Acts in wonder at Paul's message to them. May the Lord give you His Power to reach the people there with His message, spoken through you by the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead. You have my admiration and honor for your work for the Lord.

Act 17:16  Now, while Paul was waiting for them in Athens, his spirit was incited in him at beholding the city being idol-ridden."
Act 17:18  Now some of the Epicurean as well as Stoic philosophers parleyed with him, and some said, "Whatever may this rook be wanting to say? Yet others, "He seems to be an announcer of strange demons, seeing that he brought them the evangel of Jesus and the resurrection."
Act 17:22  Now Paul, standing in the center of the Areopagus averred, "Men! Athenians! On all sides am I beholding how unusually religious you are."
Act 17:23  For, passing through and contemplating the objects of your veneration, I found a pedestal also, on which had been inscribed, 'To an Unknowable God.' To Whom then, you are ignorantly devout, This One am I announcing to you."
Act 17:24  The God Who makes the world and all that is in it, He, the Lord inherent of heaven and earth, is not dwelling in temples made by hands,
Act 17:25  neither is He attended by human hands, as if requiring anything, since He Himself gives to all life and breath and all."
Act 17:26  Besides, He makes out of one every nation of mankind, to be dwelling on all the surface of the earth, specifying the setting of the seasons and the bounds of their dwelling, for them to be seeking God, if, consequently,
Act 17:27  they may surely grope for Him and may be finding Him, though to be sure, not far from each one of us is He inherent,
Act 17:28  for in Him we are living and moving and are, as some poets of yours also have declared, 'For of that race also are we.'"
Act 17:29  The race, then, is inherently of God; we ought not to be inferring that the Divine is like gold, or silver, or stone, a sculpture of art and human sentiment."
Act 17:30  Indeed, then, condoning the times of ignorance, God is now charging mankind that all everywhere are to repent,
Act 17:31  forasmuch as He assigns a day in which He is about to be judging the inhabited earth in righteousness by the Man Whom He specifies, tendering faith to all, raising Him from among the dead - "
Eph 1:15  Therefore, I also, on hearing of this faith of yours in the Lord Jesus, and that for all the saints,
Eph 1:16  do not cease giving thanks for you, making mention in my prayers"
Eph 1:17  that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may be giving you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the realization of Him,
Eph 1:18  the eyes of your heart having been enlightened, for you to perceive what is the expectation of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of the enjoyment of His allotment among the saints,
Eph 1:19  and what the transcendent greatness of His power for us who are believing, in accord with the operation of the might of His strength,
Eph 1:20  which is operative in the Christ, rousing Him from among the dead and seating Him at His right hand among the celestials,
Eph 1:21  up over every sovereignty and authority and power and lordship, and every name that is named, not only in this eon, but also in that which is impending:"
Eph 1:22  and subjects all under His feet, and gives Him, as Head over all, to the ecclesia"
Eph 1:23  which is His body, the complement of the One completing the all in all."

idol worship is direct way in India
in same time in Christian life also many people are with idols,, like money, status, luxury, self righteousness, habits, life styles and many others
