We've been told of a loving Father

As I sit in that place
As I do every Sunday
Something blooms in me
It's truth trying to break free

It's like a dove by the water
It's a rainbow in the air
It's a song of love
It's a song that we should share

We've been taught
In all our churches
That the Lord loves us
And deems us worthy
Of Him
Worthy of Him

But why is there this insanity
All This judgement and all this greed
In the body
In the body of Christ?

We hear we have a loving Father
But then in the same breath
He's not there
Where is He?
Where is He?

We are told of a loving Father
Who died on the cross to save us from sin
But hell is worked in

How can we see a loving Father
If He tortures most of His children for eternity?
For eternity

Stop with the damnation
And the pagan lies
I have the Holy Spirit with me

He is truly a loving Father
An emblem of love
Like no other
He gets all the glory

But hell is worked in" .. yep it was worked in.. but it is time for christians to grow up.. stop believing the ridiculous myth(s) [The word logic is related to logos]
