"I am" the ruler of my destiny

Oh... how this statement takes on the nature of the flesh when you take out the quotation marks

Since the Father quoted that He is the great "I am" men turn the truth into a lie when they think this statement pertains to their own state of mind ..... but with the mind of Christ it is a TRUTH, "God" the ruler of my destiny

:cloud9: I probably missed your introduction, so forgive me if you said this already, but I was just wondering if you are the "jugghead" who was on the board several years ago under that name. Blessings....

the Lord's been showing me lots of verses about how (He) "has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father" (rev 1:6) "Blessed ..are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power/authority over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years." rev 20:6

.."To whom coming, as unto a living stone.. you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ." 1 Peter 2:4,5..

Isaiah 61... 3 -"beauty for ashes ..oil of joy for mourning, ...garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified. 4 - And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations. ...6 - called `Priests of Jehovah,' `Ministers of our God'..."
        :Peace2:
