At a Sunday school service the teacher asked if anyone had any ideas of what they would like to learn, suggestions. I took it on myself to type up a paper questioning why neither Paul nor John spoke of or taught about "hell."

My question paper was never brought up.

Things continued until it was apparent to me that what they taught was not the Bible but their denominational system. Three songs, special singers, a shouting preacher, judging, hollering, tongues, and all the rest of the Pentecost denominational pattern.

I have those times when I am blessed and shout even a dance I am so happy when the Lord confirms again in my heart that He is the Saviour of the world and that no one will be lost, yes I get happy. It's just not regulated and organized.

I sat there in the pew and opened my Bible to Gal. 5:22-23 in the midst of all the hollering and shouting, I thought (and I had about 30 some years of this stuff, one reason I had left Pentecost) do they think the Lord is hard of hearing?

And I thought of  1Ki 19:12  and after the earthquake a fire; but Jehovah was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.

I will not go back unless directed. :dsunny:  :HeartThrob:

From believing in hell fire , to annihilation to UR, all that remains is the glorious future :

Exo_14:15  And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:
3 John 4 - I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.

Until it was apparent- Amen!!  Took many years for me for that to happen; the mud removed from the eyes has opened a different perspective. An amazingly positive one.

Amazingly positive Yes!

It is so beautiful to have our feet shod with glad tidings of great joy for all people. The freedom from condemnation in our conscience over the idea of a god who would toment his enemies for eternity is WONDERFUL. Especially since we know we were all once adversaries. We were selected by grace in this age to minister the restoration in ages to come!

Justice is met with mercy and everyone will face their "cross moment" where the old man, hostile in thought and deed will be slain by the revelation of love protrayed by Christ crucified, and then cleansed by the blood shed in that moment that is the fountainhead of all the ages and the source of all God's revelation and gift of love and life.

I can barely fathom it but the further I see into it the more glorious it becomes.

praise God for the glory of His grace.

"That we who were the first to believe might be to the praise of His glory"

"He brought us forth by the word of throuth that we might be a sort of first-fruits of His creation"

"For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now."

Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest. But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, all things become new. Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

Glory to God in the highest. Hosanna to the King of Kings!

So true.
I love the child concept; when a child is excited they become bubbly and happy. They are living the moment.
We come as children to our Father. That, to me, is like living in the moment of continual appreciation of the grace which thus inspires the inner man beyond this age's restrictions.
