Maybe there have been many a people on this subject have all types of opinions. Yet I am not them. I read and article, hear me out on this. I read an article and thought to myself...have i ever heard such an article before??? It was nearly perfect in its standing up on certain subjects and matters. So I just because I had leisure decided...let me see what else they discuss on this site. And at first glance boom...everyone will have eternal salvation on day, universal judgment is our last reconciliation.

Know hear me out....I know men think highly of their own selves and they think the life they have is something thst who would extinguish? God can do all things and turn what was impossible to turn or lift what refussed to be lift. And upon Gods own decision all things in a blink of an eye can change. Yet the Most High is full of righteousness and He sets his eyes on judgment with mercy and truth. His wrath flares up and He passes judgment that touches all the creatures before Him. All watch, all his living ones too see what shall be, who can survive the judgment of the Lord? When man has turned to be feed of another and neglect the word of the Lord. They have eaten of a wicked thing and all while kicking at their God. The Lord looked and saw the rebelliousness and deemed it proper to humble all his seed to be snuffed out of life. For would God not show his displease, would God hide himself in the face of rebellion, when that rebellion is unto his own name? No but God weighted down man with the judgment....you shall surely die.

Salvation is not just eternal life, and life by the grace of God with a strong gathering that shall never be turned against us....it is a place before Gods throne of peace and life and a very close dwelling place will we receive. Do you think the Lord would not judge men with a strict measure? Yet any softness towards us for the Lords goodness to overcome for us the judgment of death, do you not know the Lord giving an opening to a tight place is all in his grace and mercy lest all perish. Lest the generations of men have no profit? The opening to a strict place was anointed by the blood of his own very Son mistreated and evil spoken of in the earth. The reward...all that take notice of his Son and not with blasphemy but with softness of heart shall receive even of the Lord softness of heart and great mercy shall be given them towards their lives. The dead that where in Gods eyes reckoned righteous for their faith before Christ also were able to take note of him even in the grave.
Now i spoke with no scripture cause i was sleeping and awoke at 3am. I have work in the morning. So let me know your response. After I will speak with scripture. Tell me it not so you have decided in yourself to become god yourself and force a matter of your own opinion for what you feel is acceptable in your own sight.

" All watch, all his living ones too see what shall be, who can survive the judgment of the Lord?"

Indeed the wages of sin is death; BUT the gift of God is eternal life, through and in His Son Jesus- the saviour of ALL mankind; just each in his own turn as the individual children of God we are through Jesus.

" Salvation is not just eternal life, and life by the grace of God with a strong gathering that shall never be turned against us....it is a place before Gods throne of peace and life and a very close dwelling place will we receive."

Can man say to God why He has made us? We attempt to do so quite considerably.

The correction process needs to be dramatic as the position to which He brings us is of incredible responsibility.
He, God, is after all, the Father of heaven and earth.
He knows what He is doing infinitely more than the flesh/man can understand.
He treats us equally through Christ.
Romans 8;31,32 Say NOTHING can keep us from the Love of God In Christ Jesus His Son.
Yes there will be judgment and correction.
No man can take credit for the work of Christ.
And- lets look what kind of love the Father HAS GIVEN TO US, that WE may be called the sons of God.

Hopefully helpful.
We are after all brothers in Christ.

Romams 9:14-22

And so we all know also the Lord said...many are called few are chosen. What profits a man to gain the world but lose his soul. Lose his soul... Happy are those of the first resurection for they shall have no part of the second death... We as men know the first death, all us men shall loose our earthly lives and leave them where they are when our bodies shall go to the dirt. Yet in Christ our memory and soul shall rejoice in him who is faithful and our works shall follow us.

       Nahum 1:2-3
And God is a jealous and vengeful God,
The Lord avenges, he knows how to be angry.
The Lord takes vengeance on his foes,
And stores up wrath for his enemies.
The Lord is slow to anger but great in power.
And he does not leave the guilty unpunished.

Of a certainty the question of where this idea of universal salvation has had its origin in you should be carefully sought out. If a man turns his back on the Lord and mocks him and spurns his name, and this man has children unto the 4th generation which are ignorant and follow their parents in ignorance....so has this man not spurned his children and bourne them towards nothingness? Will God not also mock this man? The will of God is that none perish yet because they deserve to die they shall die. Fearful is the Lord for all rest upon his judgments over life. Even why we smile or are able to smile came from him....regardless if we knew or not. The first man knew God and knew that God gave him women to wife but look....men remember mariage from the start of the earth to the end but of God and his first works they look at it as a fable.
Even in revelations (16:5-6)  we hear an angel say at Gods great judgment....upright is your judgment Lord for they killed your saints and prophets....

As in Adam ALL die;
so In CHRIST WILL ALL LIVE, BUT EACH IN HIS OWN TURN.

Judgment shows the error- then pronounces the sentence.
Christ will judge all.
When you are judged this happens to you as an individual.
The second death will be for those who are not yet corrected and taught by Christ. They will raise to life from the dead, but still in the flesh. Be judged and convicted. Then made aware of the cleansing blood of Christ.
When you fully know the truth things fall into place brilliantly.
God knows what He is doing. Before the world began this was in place.
The mystery was hidden till around 63 A.D when revealed to Paul.
How could God keep a mystery and then blame people for not reaching the mark?

Yes God judges.  But that's not the end of the story.  He also corrects and restores.

The idea of God redeeming His creation is not just "you have decided in yourself to become god yourself and force a matter of your own opinion for what you feel is acceptable in your own sight."    It's in the scriptures - accurately translated, interpreted, and revealed by God.
The oldest known manuscripts agree with each other 99% of the time.  The scriptures, accurately translated, Spirit revealed - reliable.   Looking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith.  Heb. 12:2

Eph 1:8-11 In all wisdom and insight He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of ALL THINGS in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth.

God's purpose is His kind intention, executed through the completion of time- to sum up ALL THINGS IN CHRIST

Col 1:19-22 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him TO RECONCILE ALL THINGS TO HIMSELF; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. And although you were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evil deeds,  yet He has now reconciled you in His fleshly body through death

The means by which all are reconciled is the blood of Christ crucified.

John 12:32 "If I be lifted up from the earth I will draw ALL MEN unto me"

This is Christ's own testimony, His gospel.

Phil 2:8-11   Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus EVERY knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that EVERY tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of the Father. This means all will be subjected to Him, for He must reign until all are subjected.

1Cor 15:22-25  For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ ALL will be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, after that those who are Christ's at His coming, then comes the end, when He hands over the kingdom to the God and Father, when He has abolished all rule and all authority and power. For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet. The last enemy that will be abolished is death. For He has put all things in subjection under His feet. But when He says, "All things are put in subjection," it is evident that He is excepted who put all things in subjection to Him. When ALL THINGS are subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also will be subjected to the One who subjected ALL THINGS to Him, so that God may be ALL IN ALL.

The purpose of the subjection is reconciliation- so that God will be all in all(everything in everyone), including those who were once adversaries, even as we were once adversaries.

This is also the testimony of the Lord Jesus.

Rev 21:5 And he who was seated on the throne said, "Behold, I am making ALL THINGS new." Also he said, "Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true."

The kingdom of God has been planted in the earth, and will eventually fill all things.

Luke13:20,21 And again He said, "To what shall I compare the kingdom of God? "It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three pecks of flour until it was ALL leavened."

The whole creation will be set free from futility into the glorious liberty of the children of God

Romans 8:19-22 For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God.  For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope  that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God.  For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now.

God set this plan in motion before the foundation of the world. It is too high and wide to fully comprehend, but it is fully testified to in the Bible in the scriptures of the prophets and apostles. Peter preached it on the day of Pentecost.

Acts 3:18-21 But the things which God announced beforehand by the mouth of all the prophets, that His [h]Christ would suffer, He has thus fulfilled. Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord; and that He may send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you,  whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of ALL THINGS about which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time.

There are ages yet to come.

Eph 2:3-8 Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest.But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;

There will be an age(a set period of time) for the judgment and correction of the wicked. It cannot last forever or all the scriptures above are untrue. That age will end when the last knee bows, the last tongue confesses that Jesus is Lord, in heaven, on earth and under the earth. When the last adversary is subjected and God has become all in all, death will be abolished, leaving only- life in God and Christ.

The "hell" in the original scriptures is translated from "sheol" around 50 times and "gehenna" 13 times. There is no word equivalent to "hell" in the greek or the hebrew scriptures.

Sheol means "unknown" or "unseen" and refers to the state of the dead.

Gehenna was a garbage dump outside of Jerusalem and symbolizes the burning up of empty works of "Pharisee type" religion.

The lake of fire does not last forever, but "for the age" (greek-aion). As Paul states in Ephesians 1, Gods purpose for the ages (fulness of time) is to sum up all things in Christ. He states in 1 Corinthians 15 that once the adversaries are subjected, death will be abolished, so if there is no more death, and God is all in all..... the second death cannot last forever.

Our God is a consuming fire. God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. Light is fire to darkness. In the lake of fire the light will penetrate the hearts of the wicked until they are subjected to the love of God. God is love. When God is all in all, all will be in the love of God. This is the kingdom of God.

If the lake of fire, or "second death"(Rev 21:8) lasted forever, how could death be abolished, or God become all in all. Why would Jesus say just three verses before(rev 21:5), "Behold I am making all things new."

This is the full plan of God who created all things and is redeeming all things through Jesus Christ, as he intended from the beginning.

Romans 11:32-36 For God has shut up all in disobedience so that He may show mercy to all. Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways! For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who became His counselor?  Or who has first given to Him that it might be paid back to him again? For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen.

This is the gospel(euaggelion) which means Good News, or Glad Tidings that Jesus, Peter, Paul and John proclaimed, even as did the angels before Christ's birth.

Luke 2:10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings(euaggelion- gospel) of great joy, which shall be to all people.

The Logos is complete, but it is not completely understood. http://www.hell-is-a-myth.webs.com/
