passover Lamb was to be cooked and eaten in whole form..  Like a shepherd that saves two legs and a piece of an ear from the

mouth of the  lion  so shall the Israelites be saved Amos 3;12  [an enemy will over-run the land]

   Hosea 13;7   when I fed them they were satisfied,when they were satisfied they become proud; then they forgot me.

    the Passover Lamb[gospel] needs to be offered whole...then the people may  partake of their portion of it individually.
