Pope Calls Palestinian Leader "angel of peace" during visit

This morning I read an article about Pope Francis calling Abbas an "angel of peace". People are saying in the comments that this is a fulfillment of the verses of Revelation which discuss the false prophet. The link for the article is below. What are your thoughts on the article along with some of the comments below?

This Pope fits the bill for one in sheep's clothing. Speaks smooth words. But then again, who knows his heart. In his former role he did many good works, acts of kindness.  Also a link  mentioned in the Blaze comments:

I had no choice about being raised in the Catholic Church, but I got out of it as soon as I could. I think the guy that's pope now is trying to do some good stuff like speaking up for the poor, but that doesn't mean everything he says is right even though Catholics are supposed to believe that. I think it's politically correct now to speak up for the Arabs in Palestine, but I think they would probably have more credibility if they'd stop shooting rockets into Israel. The world seems to think Israel is too heavy handed in its counterattacks, but, hey, if somebody's shooting at you, they shouldn't complain about getting hit back with whatever comes at them. I don't think Abbas is an "angel of peace," just the spokesman for the Arabs in Palestine. I know some Protestants have been saying any pope is the antichrist, and the Catholic church is Babylon. I used to wonder about that when I tried the Protestant Church for awhile, but now I have a more literal interpretation of Revelation. This post is talking about people saying the pope is the false prophet. That sounds like Protestant propaganda to me, but I'm not saying that because I'm defending the doctrine of the Catholic Church because, despite the fact that most of my family is still Catholic, I haven't been for a long time and don't agree with the church's doctrine or even the doctrine of the Protestant Church which is just Catholic Lite if you ask me. I think there's an antichrist spirit and false prophets in both churches because they both slander the Father and Christ with their lie about "hell" and their other crazy doctrine. So I'm not getting on the bandwagon of the people condemning the pope because I think they share the same basic doctrine, but I don't think the pope should be looked at like he's somebody special either like Catholics are supposed to do.
