  Wow! awesome.. i've been hearing things too about the "shemita"/"shmita" and Jubilee, etc.. starting this youtube video made me do a search, and I found this -

and the Jubilee was once every 50 years (seven sevens) and it began at the blowing of the ram's horn which was blown on that year's Day of Atonement. Besides properties, etc (a financial and economic cycle) also sins were forgiven and one could be what was called, written in the Book of Life..
