I used to be a regular on Tentmaker some years ago - in fact I first got a computer and went online around 2000 (ish) to try to find out if there were any other Christians in the world who did not accept the 'hell' idea.

I am no longer affiliated to any version of Christianity - having moved on so to speak - but I would affirm that I don't for a second accept the hell lie - thanks to Gary and all back when for helping me to make my 'universalist' faith coherent and cogent.

I thought back then, and do so still, that anyone who understands universalism and sees the truth of it will never go back to the satanic slander of the Creator that is never ending agony in the flames of hell.

When I came across Tentmaker again, and recognised the format as it used to be and then saw the 'missing former forummers' thread I thought I'd register and say hello.

Howdy Rick!

Me too!

It was long ago that I was blessed by this site and the message of UR that delivered me to the true love of God.  I came back just to link people in need here because I knew the delivering power of the message.

Ended up sticking around..............This is kind of a more intament group than some of the other sites if you ask me.

I learn a lot here.

Glad to see you checking in!  It has not changed.

Welcome back!  You'll find, I'm sure, a lot of newish members.  It's good to have oldish members back!   :friendstu: :gimmefive: :friendstu:
Socrates taught Plato.  Plato taught Aristotle.  Aristotle tutored the son of Philip of Macedon.  This boy grew up to become Alexander the Great, largely by slaughtering a lot of people.  That's philosophy.

Jesus spoke the Truth.  He blessed the poor.  He healed the sick.  He even raised the dead.  He died on a cross for us, lived again, and came back long enough to tell us to love one another.  That's religion.
