Home Base(s) and Traveling Band(s) (of Missionaries)

Calling for potential traveling missionaries and home bases.

Home bases can be anywhere that bands of missionaries can rest for a few days or more.
Some home bases can also help train missionaries.

Missionaries should travel in groups of two or more. Right?

They can decide themselves where to go to proclaim the gospel. Colleges are often a good place for that, it seems to me.

Videos of missionary work can be made and posted online.

Who wants to do what and where? I want to preach in the Indy area to start with, with the help of one or more other universalists.

I think this thread may be a good place to share ideas and suggestions on how to organize in any area to support or do local missionary work. Am I right?

What is needed?

A time, a place, and two or three gathered is all that is needed.
Christ will dwell in our midst.

Some have found that meeting in a home can free a group from many of the
entanglements that try to distract us from our primary focus in Christ.

What is not needed?

To get started, you don't need permission.

You don't need money.

We keep our worship simple, minimizing distractions.
You don't need a building, a budget, a preacher, a hierarchy,
a Sunday school, the sacraments or catechisms.
You don't need a choir, or a pulpit or anything else you can see.
Christ is our life. He is all we need. We worship in Spirit, and in Truth.

We hope that you too will enjoy the benefit of gathering simply, with Christ in the midst.

As you gather your friends together, may God bless you, and guide you.

I don't even think it's necessary to transport your body through space to another geographical location to have a meeting because we are managing to do that right here on this forum. The only problem is getting enough folks active. There are plenty of members, but it seems most have lost interest. I'm kind of busy, but I try to participate for a little while everyday.

Outreach
I hope to join the Outreach committee at the Indy Unity Church soon, maybe this Sunday. Then I'll see how they want to do outreach and if they're open to any ideas I may bring up. They've already suggested inviting friends to Sunday service. I may prefer to invite them to their classes, if they have some good ones soon.
