"We should welcome the lost. Until they come to know Jesus you can save the commandments for Bible study. The Bible does not apply to unsaved people. If we reject the lost and hurting that come to us we have become nothing more than a social club."

It could be argued the lost are given nothing.
That said, ask lost Pharao if God didn't force him to accept the commandments.

I believe the scriptures definitely apply to all the human race.  To assume otherwise would be just pure nonsense.

Listening to a radio preacher yesterday interviewing a missionary that had been successful with an amazonian tribe. He said it was easy to convert them because:(and he repeated this statement at least six times during the interview) "They are so happy to hear the good news of the gospel - that God loves those that love him."
WHAT!! Sounds like a very conditionally loving God. We can get love like that from anyone. Even a hooker will "love" you as long as you pay enough money. If God only loves those that love him - that's not good news at all. :Chinscratch:

The Scriptures are for all, but Father does not expect everyone to come to the knowledge of truth, infact he has hardened the hearts of many.

But here is the kicker. He EXPECTS each one of US too love each and every one whose heart is closed to the light of truth, to love them like a brother and a sister

Each and every time we look sideways at anyone we should feel utter shame for spitting in the face of Father.

Love is always the answer, so much more so than any question.

My heart is broken each time I hear a "believer" loudly proclaim the sins of others. We are to proclaim the good news...  God so loved us that while we were yet sinners He sent Jesus to die for us that we may have life.

It all goes back to the utter distortion that ET puts on the whole gospel.  There are no conditions with God's love, even though most of the world believes His love is conditional.  They won't say that, but that is the kind of love they believe in.  Everything God does is because of love - because GOD IS LOVE.

Thank you so much Anna as your response really touched my heart. I really gave a lot of thought on wether to post it or not.  I just believe beyond doubt that the measure of Truth is measured in love.


Yes, Fathers Love for us is so far beyond anything we could ever hope to imagine. I know you see this too  :HeartThrob:
