Please forgive me if promoting books is not welcomed here on TM.

I just want share a book that was instrumental to me finding who I truly am.

Discover the Power Within You: A Guide to the Unexplored Depths Within (Plus) [Paperback]
Eric Butterworth (Author)

http://www.amazon.com/Discover-Power-Within-You-Unexplored/dp/0061723797/ref=tmm_pap_title_0?ie=UTF8&qid=1374428611&sr=1-1

Butterworth was a universalist and belonged to the Unity Church.

I have copied my review from amazon (maybe I am lazy) because it says everything.

This book was given as a gift from a person I love dearly; however, it did not come to my attention until I REALLY needed it. Quite litterally I found myself in this book. Mr Butterworth spoke of things I did not know I KNEW. Honestly, their was nothing that was new to me, rather it was like I was discovering an old best friend within me. Without a doubt this was the greatest revelation I have ever experienced. Every page was if it was being read from my deepest being. It took me over a week to read Chapter 6 - The Amazing Be Attitueds. I could only read a page or so at a single time, sometimes only a sentence or two. I really do not know how to say this other than thst book taught me so much more about myself than anything else up to that point.

I am now on a wonderful Spiritual journey and through this book, Eric Butterworth opened many doors of understanding.

Honestly, I truly do not believe I would have gotten nearly as much out of this book had I read it two years ago. At the time in my life in which I read it, it was more than a collection of words.

Without a doubt, this was the most profound book I have ever read. I simply cannot recommend it high enough.

I truly hope TM is open to the sharing of life changing events.

I'm going to have to get it, as it would complete a "trinity" of books which have informed me about myself.  The first was about my physical/dietary/metabolic self Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type.  Being a blood type A2+ (a subgroup of A+), this book told me why I didn't like certain foods, and a lot of other things.  The next (not read in order) one, whose title doesn't quite come to me, detailed the 16 Myers-Briggs personality types, and reading about type INTP was like meeting myself.  This book might just do it for my spiritual nature, maybe?  :dunno2:
Socrates taught Plato.  Plato taught Aristotle.  Aristotle tutored the son of Philip of Macedon.  This boy grew up to become Alexander the Great, largely by slaughtering a lot of people.  That's philosophy.

Jesus spoke the Truth.  He blessed the poor.  He healed the sick.  He even raised the dead.  He died on a cross for us, lived again, and came back long enough to tell us to love one another.  That's religion.

YHVH = Behold the Nail, Behold the Hand = Jesus

I am sure you will love the book.

At your recommendation of "Eat Right four your Blood Type' I bought the kindle edition of the 'Eat Right for your Blood Type A' from Amazon.

 Most everything I really like is off limits. Figures really.

This should be fun, as who wants to poison a temple of God?

Thanks Julie   :HeartThrob:
