Does God have a sense of humor?

In my experience He uses irony a LOT. Makes me laugh at myself and my circumstances. Does hilarious things that are so obviously Him, there's no way around it because it's just too "coincidental" NOT to be Him. He is by far the funniest Person I know. :)

Sarah at 89 being told she was going to give birth at 90 - naturally the son was named Isaac, meaning "laughter"

Abram's name being changed to Abraham
Meaning of "Abram": Exalted father yet, no children at all at age 85
Name changed to Abraham  "father of a multitude."  and still NO children... yet

In the Genesis story about God predicting Isaac's birth, I recall that it was Sarah who tittered at the idea, and God (maybe I read too much into things) seemed just a bit indignant that He was doubted.

On the other hand, God states that He holds the wicked and their idols in derision, and laughs at the lot of them.
