Why a donkey? If you don't know why a donkey instead of a horse what this video. This guy will go viral with this video series. Every thing Jesus said can be translated mathematically and proven with a formula that glorifies the name of Jesus=888 Amen

Praising God with math just makes good sense and it makes learning math way more fun.

Personally, I couldn't care less about the math, "hidden messages" meaning of numbers, etc. None of it has brought me closer to God.

I hope this statement doesn't start a trend here. The key to your statement is the "I" even more specifically you said "personally, I". If Jesus has indeed left his fingerprint laying around in plain view then we should diligently do the forensics. Test everything like the Bereans.

Personally the math, and gematria has brought me closer to God.  The hidden patterns and such are a testament to His divine influence on the book.  Everyone is affected by things differently on different levels.  I don't get into them much anymore as that "level" doesn't interest me much anymore.  Those things are signs pointing, not the thing they're pointing to.

That's exactly why I used the "personally, I" pipefitter. When I was younger, I needed divine confirmation that the word was inspired. I've had enough confirmation over the last 40 years I have no doubts now. When I was younger, the little things like the math helped. :Peace2:

Yes I understand you totally. When you were a younger Christian than you are now the math helped you to become a more mature believer. Blind faith is not being a Berean its searching the scriptures and proving them. Mathematically is just one of many ways that Jesus is glorified.

The video is way cool and amazing.  Well, not too amazing to me, for I have been into the math + Bible thing for many years even getting into pyramidology and the Meru Project data, among other things.  For me, the math is an unshakable basis of my faith, but then, having had God speak to me is an unshakable thing too...it all works together.

Thank you for that awesome review of the video Laz.

now,my post is not meant to dis the numeral one in any way. I am not good with numbers..

and I was shown this.  Genesis 49;14  Issachar is a raw-boned donkey, lying down

between two saddles bags[law/grace?]  When he see's how good is his resting place,

and how pleasant is his land,he will bend his shoulder to the burden, and serve for tribute

Judah is a lions whelp...binding his foal unto the vine....and his asses colt unto the choice vine

1Chronicles 12;32...MEN OF ISSACHAR WHO UNDERSTOOD THE TIMES AND KNEW

  WHAT ISRAEL SHOULD DO

......you know how to interpret the signs of the sky,but you know not how to

interpret the signs of the times.

mplsfitter539

So Sheila do you disagree with the way everything is divisible by 8 ? and the number of Jesus is 888 in gematria, oxygen is 8

Why a donkey?  Could it be because Obama is going to Jerusalem on the very calendar date on which Jesus rode in on a donkey, and his party's logo is the donkey?  Type meets antitype, or is Obama mocking Jesus, a joke his Jewish hosts will enjoy?  I'll go with the latter.  Obama is already being hailed as the Messiah by some, or so I read.

Do you really think he carried that many districts?  No, the "election" was a sham.

Hey MPLS,
Did you comment on the you tube video saying "Look at his hand at 0:53. Stop the video and tell me what you see"?

If so I saw two things..

1. The OK sign
       OR
2. 666

What did you see?

Yes that was my comment. I saw the same two things you did. I have been watching his videos using much discernment and so far he seems to be the real thing. I could be wrong but the numbers add up just the way he says and it is amazing that this isn't taught in the church. The numbers in the bible are all gematria positioned numbers so its been around for some time.  Anyway I think his had gestures are just coincidental and not intentional. Thanks for responding.

Wow! I had to stop reading right here and respond! I didn't know all this, how very co-incidental!
Interesting :Chinscratch:

..why riding a donkey..? I think part of the answer is in the verse.. how's it go? "thy savior comes, lowly/humble, riding on a young colt of a donkey.."

I like telling people about the Bible code.. I've never heard of germatria, I'll have to read through this thread I see.. (and also the verses Sheila posted..)
oh! I have to watch the video I see... (kicking n screaming.. lol)

at #53, i was struck with how he's saying humble is more beautiful in the sight of the LORD..

Imagine.. a being with so much intelligence they can write the Bible, complete in itself, plus the Bible code in it, and germatria (when I can barely understand either one!). To say nothing of creating a vast universe.. and that so perfectly balanced it hangs and spins upon nothing.. and the earth, with the sun, etc, just so for all the richness and intricate life which thrives upon it..
think we can trust Him?  :trampoline:

"Jesus, mathematically glorified" I like that! also liked his description of the white horse (majestic).. and his concluding words, especially, truth blesses everyone..

I've thought that mathematics would be a huge proving of God's existence (to the world/unbeliever).. just a passing thought now and then, something very sweeping about mathematics itself....? of course, ultimately, every thing glorifies God Most High..

When I looked up "men of Issachar, who understood the times and knew what Israel should do" I noticed right away the name "Zadok" which is the 2nd time this week! Not a name i've come across much before.. so I'm off to read about the exploits of Zadok.. after making lunch for two little ones :))

Ok Marie spill the beans, what did you find out about Zadok? I am pretty sure Zadok is a priestly name but anyway let see what you got!
Shema O Israel, Yahweh our Elohim is Yahweh echad!!!

marie glen

hi! he was faithful to king David, you're right he was of the priestly group.. and a soldier..  there's actually a lot of verses in Kings and Chronicles, and there's another Zadok, a scribe in the days of Nehemiah.. his name according to Strong's means righteous, right.

it was interesting! it got me to thinking on just how truly, truly awesome God's plan is.. yesterday I ended up reading about rebellion under moses, in numbers, and then too, looking up zadok, rebellion against david, and this morning i was struck with how the message was 'if you rebel against my King, you cannot live' and how that, actually, is ultimate reality! (Psalm 2)
- because surely, God is life itself.. the life force, so to rebel against Him or wander from Him would be to wander from life (and living). It might be just possible, that after both resurrections and the long day of 'judgment' (of all human history, etc) there might be some stubborn hold out who says 'no, I choose not to believe, keep my name out of that book of life!' and having hardened their heart so hard against God, they hate Him enough to choose non-existence for their self.
- and all the crowd that does live, both heavenly and earthly, would mourn deeply, but no one more than the Father and the Son.. But wait! There's the Lake Of Fire! Put him in the lake of fire for an age and even another age if need be.. For cleansing by God's spiritual fire! For our God is a consuming fire.

He's got it all worked out! ..perfectly..  and we've but barely begun to know Him! :dsunny: :gsmile:

I most certainly agree. All those little encoded nuggets at the very least show God has extreme intelligence.
Why aren't you interested anymore in signs? If you discover new signs you may also discover new things they point to?
Without the nuggets I fall asleep after 2 verses.
1 Timothy 2:3-4  ...God our Savior;  Who will have all men to be saved...
John 12:47  And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
Romans 4:5 But to the one who does not work, but believes in the one who declares the ungodly righteous ...

mplsfitter539

I am happy to see most of you find this subject amazing, because it is. As a few of you have said "its the nuggets that are found hidden". It makes me seek Yahweh all the more and keep searching for more nuggets because finding them is so exciting and always brings me closer to our Father.

The existence of "fools gold" is prevalent in some Bible studies. We all find "it" and go running to the bank, and the assessor smirks and hands it back with, "Fools gold, sorry." Been to to the assessor many times. :sigh:
