I Had An Awesome and Terrible Dream Sunday Night

I had an awesome dream Sunday night/early Monday morn.

I was at an amusement park. It was way up in the sky on metal stilts, hundreds of feet in the air.

There were various events and amusements and they were separated onto different platforms.

There different kinds of devices for moving from one platform to another.

Chairs on cables.

Small air planes.

A boat floating with big helium balloons and propelled by its propeller back and forth.

As I was standing just looking out on this scene one of the airplanes lost control and flew very near one of the boats.

The driver of the boat panicked and sped forward and the boat jumped and a boy, maybe 10 or 11 years old fell out and was holding on to the back of the boat and as I watched horrified, he lost his grip and fell to the ground below. I heard him hit with a huge splat/crunch.

I fell to the floor and wept aloud crying, "No, No, No, No!" But I did not awaken.

The dream switched scenes as dreams do and I was in a room with a group of people. There were lots of red items in the room, brite red. There were red shoes and balls and brooms and some of the furniture was brite crimson.

The people in the room were all chanting, "It's blue! It's blue, It's blue".

It was weird, very weird. Like I was in a brainwashing cult. Scary. I was not only hearing that I was to call these things blue, but that THEY WERE BLUE.

Then the dream changed scenes again and I was riding in a tour bus back from the amusement park. As we were riding along a lady behind the driver turned around toward the passengers and said, "When I call your name step forward"- she was very serious and foreboding looking.

I realized, as she called my name and one other name- that we were two people who did not accept that red was blue.

Then the dream changed scenes again. I was in a van with a smaller group of those people. We were all holding red items, but we were all chanting, "It's blue, It's blue, It's blue." in this very weird cult-like mantra.

As we pulled up to this mall I realized I was supposed to take my red item, ( it was a bowling ball) and go tell everyone I met that red is blue....... but as I stepped out of the van I turned, in anger and shouted at the top of my lungs, "IT'S RED!" and I threw the bowling ball at the windshield of the van and it smashed the windshield and the van screeched to a stop and the driver, a enraged woman, jumped out and ran at me with a huge butcher knife- and I woke up as she was about to stab me.


I awoke troubled and awed. The dream was SO REAL, almost visionary in strength- and I thought at first that it was JUST TOO RIDICULOUS. It must have been the wine I had before bed. But I prayed, and asked God for understanding, just in case. As I meditated, what "I believe" is the interpretation came to me- let the readers judge for themselves.

1)The dream was about modern Western Christianity. It has an appearance of being "ascendant", "lifted up", but the elevation is all man-made and mechanized. Nothing really flies by the Spirit. It is ALL MAN.

2)When the boy fell out and was killed I was horrified, AS ANY NORMAL HUMAN BEING WOULD BE! I wept in distress because my heart was TORN by his death and the terror of it.

3)The boy represented the doctrine of eternal torment and the doctrine of the judgment of innocents and their punishment by God even if they havent yet reached the age of majority when they die and the UNNATURAL HORROR of that teaching.

4)The people calling the red items blue were like Christian ET'rs and ED'rs, trying to enforce this horrible belief by the force of their wills and the delusions of their minds. Imposing it on others by repitition and oppression and singling out those who do not accept that THE GOD OF ALL GRACE COULD TORMENT SOMEONE FOREVER, EVEN FORE ORDAINING THEM TO IT.

5)When in the little van, I was being taken to a place where I was to PREACH A GOSPEL THAT IS NOT THE GOSPEL. To tell people that GOD"S GRACE IS NOT REALLY SUFFICIENT AND THAT IF THEY DON"T WANT TO BE TORMENTED THEY BETTER ACCEPT THE GOSPEL AS I PREACH IT EVEN IF IT IS ABHORRENT TO THEIR VERY HEARTS AND SOULS.

6)When I refused and CRIED OUT LOUD AGAINST THIS FALSE GOSPEL AND RESISTED IT OVERTLY, I was attacked with deadly intention.

I believe God gave me this dream.

I believe He wanted to RE-INFORCE MY ZEAL and to make me aware that THIS WORK WE DO, THIS TESTIMONY, IS EVEN MORE IMPORTANT THAN WE REALIZE.

Modern Western Christianity is a GIANT CULT, a great a HAUNT OF JACKALS, JEZEBELS and AHABS as Babylon the Great ever was.

I am going to declare EVER MORE BOLDLY AND CLEARLY the SALVATION OF ALL MEN BY THE GRACE OF GOD IN CHRIST, The RESTORATION OF ALL THINGS AT HIS RETURN, and the ULTIMATE RECONCILIATION OF ALL THINGS IN HEAVEN AND EARTH AND UNDER THE EARTH, TO GOD, THROUGH THE BLOOD OF THE CROSS OF JESUS CHRIST, which is sufficient for the propitiation of our sins, AND INDEED THOSE OF THE ENTIRE WORLD- TILL ALL BE IN GOD AND GOD IS ALL IN ALL.

As soon as I read amusement park the "church" came to my mind. When you said it was on stilts all I could think was oh my gosh... we have built another tower of Babel!! The calling the red blue, yep that describes the "church" in so many ways. The woman with the butcher knife... I wonder if that was Babylon? Jezebel?

I had a different interpretation, before I read yours. Does not invalidate yours.

The amusement park was modern day inventions, where man goes to and fro in new inventions, like Daniel prophecied.

The red ball thing was about the last days where people call evil good and good evil. The woman tried to kill you for rejecting the delusion, as you tried to smash their delusion.

The Seventh Bowl

In place of a battle, the plagues come to an end with a word from God: out of the temple . . . a loud voice from the throne, saying, "It is done" (v. 17). The voice calls forth the same phenomena we have seen three times before in John's visions: flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder and a severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred since man has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake (v. 18). Each time John had seen and heard these things, more was involved: first at the throne of God, lightning, rumblings and thunder (4:5); then at the beginning of the trumpet series, all these plus the earthquake (8:5; compare 6:12; 11:13); finally, at the end of that series, all of the above plus "a great hailstorm" (11:19). With the seventh bowl, the earthquake is described in much greater detail. The great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations collapsed. . . . Every island fled away and the mountains could not be found (vv. 19-20). The hail is also detailed: From the sky huge hailstones of about a hundred pounds each fell upon men. And they cursed God for the plague of hail, because the plague was so terrible (v. 21).

The earthquake is a grim counterpart to an earlier one in which "a tenth of the city collapsed. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven" (11:13). But that earthquake struck Jerusalem, and that "great city" was known as "Sodom and Egypt" (11:9). This one is focused on Babylon the Great (v. 19), and no glory is given to God. Instead, the oracle of 14:8 comes to fulfillment: "Fallen, fallen is Babylon the Great." Babylon is given the cup filled with the wine of the fury of God's wrath (v. 19; compare 14:10). But who or what is Babylon? Why does John consistently refer to Babylon as "she" or "her" (v. 19; 14:8)? Ironically, "she" has been destroyed without ever being formally introduced. Her introduction will come belatedly in the next chapter.

Along with Babylon, John also sees the cities of the nations fall (v. 19). These cities are probably meant to correspond in some way to "the kings of the whole world" assembled for battle at Armageddon (vv. 14, 16), but must have also evoked for John's readers the specific cities of Asia where they lived: Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea. Whatever was in store for the respective Christian congregations in each of those cities, John's vision revealed that the cities themselves were doomed to share great Babylon's fate.

As for the plague of hail, it recalls for one last time the biblical plagues on Egypt (compare Ex 9:22-26). The statement that those on whom the giant hailstones fell cursed or "blasphemed" God explicitly confirms the responses at the end of the fourth and the fifth bowls (vv. 9, 11), and it serves as a final verdict on the entire series. Like the plagues of the Exodus and like the trumpets (9:20, 21), the "seven last plagues" do not bring repentance.

Be aware Molly, that huge hailstones are already falling, and have been for some years now.  They are usually unreported because they melt fairly quickly.

done it will be done to you[law judgement/I come not to do away with the law,but to fulfill it

  not one jot or tittle] this on the image of the corrupt one..sin condemned in flesh]

  as you drank on my Holy hill,so shall all the nations drink continually...this speaks of man of sin/

corrupt image  destroyed

    But on Mt Zion will be deliverance,it will be Holy,and the house of Jacob will possess it's

  inheritance[man raised in Christ's image. incorrupt]  Deliverers will go up on Mt Zion.

  and this...when  men are 'changed" and meet the Lord in the air...that is the fulfillment

  and completion of the last bowl poured out on the prince of the air.  For with the Breath of His

coming...He does away with the man of sin/lawlessness..  and that which is mortal  puts on

  immortality..

   we are on the cusp of immortality...and the end of man in the corrupt image

Before the seventh trumpet sounds, the two witnesses must fall and be resurrected and called up to the throne. Whether you see them as literal or figurative matters not to me, they will prophesy and the whole earth will reel. I believe that this speaks of(along with the giant messenger, the manchild and the 7 thunders) a manifestation of the body of Christ in the earth- one that would be the opposite of the one in my dream(all man made and operated).

A voice is crying from out of the wilderess, make ready the way of the Lord, every crooked place straightened, every high place lowered.........

well, I can't help but think that Christ's church[wittness] with the Holy spirit in it[wittness] overcome

  is a death..of the two wittness[blood spilled in Babylon] and the calling of us out of it..

  to the truth and throne of Victory of salvation of all men...is spirit and breath of life from God

entering us[who were overcome of demonic doctrines] and causes us to stand.

  testimony of Jesus and Holy spirit[two wittness] in believers.......just a thought......

I completely agree with that thought, but the manifestation is yet unfulfilled, tho the promise is secure in the heavenlies.

"And I will grant authority to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for twelve hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth." These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth. And if anyone wants to harm them, fire flows out of their mouth and devours their enemies; so if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this way. These have the power to shut up the sky, so that rain will not fall during the days of their prophesying; and they have power over the waters to turn them into blood, and to strike the earth with every plague, as often as they desire. When they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, and overcome them and kill them. And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which mystically is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified. Those from the peoples and tribes and tongues and nations will look at their dead bodies for three and a half days, and will not permit their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb. And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them and celebrate; and they will send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth. But after the three and a half days, the breath of life from God came into them, and they stood on their feet; and great fear fell upon those who were watching them. And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, "Come up here." Then they went up into heaven in the cloud, and their enemies watched them.

Their enemies watched them go up. Even if one sees this as figurative it speaks to me as a greater manifestation of the truth in the earth before men- which I also have a prophetic inclination towards.

1Pe 1:20  Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

All things are complete in the mind of God, but the administration is a dispensation of the fulness of times and there is much yet to be fulfilled in the church before the age closes- but

"Can a nation be born in a day?"

"Will the Lord bring to bear and not bring to breach?"

Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.
(Hos 6:3)

Perhaps, He will do a quick work and cut it short :o) But IMO, there is definitely more to come for the Bride must "Come down out of the heavens" and be revealed among men as the Bridegroom approaches.

Until we all attain to the unity of the faith, unto a mature man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of the son of God. The we will no longer be as children tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine and the craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming" Eph 4

And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

are betrothed to be raised again in Christ..having been sent down for their good/evil exercize.?

  Peter's vision of the sheet coming down from heaven[the various animals as men with little

three times Peter shown them coming down out of heaven and going back up on sheet[angels

descending and ascending on the son of man]

  and the manchild born of the woman..is the manifestation/revealing of the sons of God/even all men

   in the restoration all return to the former state...just saying...the Holy city coming down out of

  heaven was also our former state.  the old order of things passed away being the good/evil

The end of this age will not bring the full restoration, imo.

Only those who have washed their garments in the blood of the Lamb will be able to enter the holy city.  This is the situation we see at the end of the book of Revelation where there will still be those outside the city.

Wow! That's a fascinating dream and I agree it's a very spiritual/prophetic one. I want to post my impressions beforee I read more of yours, even though since it was your dream, you may be the best one to interpret. :smile:

Not all things in the dream impressed me so much, or don't differ from your interpretation. But what did strike me, was how the mantra of it's blue when obviously it was red, reminds me of the world today.. No God.. In the beginning, nothing exploded and became everything.. against all mathematically impossible odds, life formed by the 113(?) amino acids lining up perfectly and from that all life 'evolved'.. How many people believe and chant that mantra to their selves and over the air(waves)? Yep, this adult fairy tale/theory of man turned western civilization, what used to be called Christendom on its ear. Maybe like Bible prophecy, there is double meaning/interpretation!

The red.. the crashing.. the threatening (spirit).. all signifying the danger most are (or will be) in, including believers, whom Jesus said - the day didn't have to come upon them like a thief - but most do not see or understand the signs Jesus (and Daniel) gave in order to know at what stage things are, as the enemies work hard to smother/hide the straight forward understanding of them. The danger of course is instead of "hide thyself for a little while" ("ten days") "til the indignation be past", it will be Rev 20:4, beheadings/vultures..
