When I first came to believe UR, I was overjoyed but at the same time upset.  I was angry, felt I had been duped.  I was angry with religious systems...the men who ran them...and anyone who believed ET.  I spoke of things as if I was some sort of expert.  I grew haughty in my new found knowledge, and understanding.  I spoke to people and at people who were not in the same place spiritually as if they had somehow harmed me...or harmed God.

Oh I validated my egotistical ways, by acting like I was "defending" Gods nature, helping to spread truth or whatever.  But, really I was just using UR as I have used most things in my life.  And it brought distance in my relationships to others.

I suppose the start of any change starts with recognition.  I recognize it and own it.  Today, I want the love of God to change me into love for everyone...especially those who believe in ET.  I want to spend my time on building up, not tearing down.  The cracks in the religious systems of the world are not something I should focus on.  My relationships with others should be my focus.  I should use my time holding my hand out to the spiritually sick, not pushing them away.  In the process I may be called a heretic, a devil or whatever...I may suffer loss.

Lord, help me to live love.  Use the understanding you have given me...not to puff me up...but to build up others.  Help me to focus on what is beautiful not dwell on what men do in secret.  Help me to grow.  Amen.

Everything you have just said I too have experienced. Sometimes the revelation of UR and the joy it brings can lead to incredible loneliness due to thinking and knowing no one close to you understands, hence the reason to sometimes push it on others, so we can have someone to share the joy with, hoping against hope they will understand and experience the unfailing love of God.

I sometimes have to find myself say "Live it, don't preach it" otherwise I get out of hand, as much as I want to scream at the top of my lungs and shout to the world how amazing our God is, a whisper that says "I love you, I'm always here, I'll never give up on you" and a simple hug will always be more valuable and louder.

It always amazes me how different we all are and yet some of our experiences with God are
just as amazingly similar. :Peace2:
