Dear Heavenly Father,

So far I've been doing rather well today.
I haven't gossiped, cursed or lost my temper.
I haven't been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish or overindulgent.
I am really glad about these things.

But in a few minutes I'm going to get out of bed.
And from that moment on, I probably could use some help.
Thank You. Amen.
