There has been much said on this sight that I do not see, I am sure that has happened to a lot, if not all of us at one time or another. I have a question that will probably irritate  some, it is one that I have found to be hard for me to see and understand.

How and when did the soul....(recognizing  how the NT presents the soul,) come to be what some on this forum believes to be identified as the woman in Genesis?

I believe that the man formed in Genesis 2:7  became "a living soul"  and that a soul is a person, an individual.
And I also understand how, in the NT that the soul can be attributed to mans feelings, and emotions.

But my question and wonder is how does that "soul" become the woman of man in Genesis ?
Where is the revealing in the Bible that this is so? I find no evidence other than a doctrine that man has spoken it to be so.

How does the soul, that the Greek speaks of mans sentient being, become  the marriage or completeness of man?

I am sorry if I am dull to this doctrine and teaching. Why and how am I to understand this marriage, that speaks of man melting to the woman or soul? I do not see anything at all of how, it has been attempted to be explained on this forum.

Micah, all of this is beyond me. I never heard of this before until I read about it on this forum. It doesn't make any sense to me.  Sorry.  :sigh:

I see no one has come forward to try to appease your confusion on this . . . did you have any particular individual in mind to explain it for you?
