Confident UR Christian

I just wanted to share a wonderful song and video (found on Facebook after being posted by Christiana Szymanski, of the blog endchristianfaith.blogspot.com) that provides a beautiful (tear-jerking) parable of reconciliation in musical and visual imagery:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=ptqTZSUt56E

Some particular parts which were especially wonderful (with my personal reflections):
1) The analogy of gifts of flowers, and the girl, although initially rejecting them, eventually taking them with joy
2) The tender promise of "I will never harm you" and the heartfelt call of the singer just before the girl returns
3) The beautiful passion of the love expressed, in analogy to romance

I find this a wonderful work expressing God's love for each and every person of humanity (like the Parable of the Lost Son especially).

P.S. The producers of this (Jenny and Tyler) are Christian and have also very generously shared their music for free at  http://jennyandtyler.com/free

I find that music indeed helps those in despair - and this track was massively wonderful!   :dsunny:

I really enjoyed that.

Who else would give me a field of yellow flowers but God?

He tries to tell us over and over--

"I have loved you from the start."

Thanks!

ROMANCE.....do you know that there is a mystery associated with Christ and the church...and romance ..........a meal, candles and scented oils.....

precede Bride and groom becoming 'one flesh'
