How adoption merges and splits bloodlines.

Luke and Matthew show that Jesus has 2 bloodlines coming from David. Halway one line gets cursed. This post shows how the curse gets removed while the lines continues. God said that the seed of Jehoichan never shall sit on David's throne again.

Step 1: Daughter of Neri marries, gets a son named Pediah. Her husband dies.
--> Pediah gets adopted into the  Melchi line.

Step 2: Widow daughter of Neri marries with the cursed king Jehoiachin.
--> Pediah is adopted and now a full son of Jehoiachin.
----> Pediah is offsping from Melchi.
----> Pediah is offsping from Josias.

Step 3: Daughter of Neri and Jehoiachin get a son named Salathiel.
--> Jehoiachin' seed so the boy is cursed
--> Salathiel is the brother of Pediah (Hebrew law knows no half-brothers)

Step 4: Salathiel gets married but gets no children before he dies.
-> Result of the curse.
-> With the death of Salathiel the cursed seed dies for ever.

Step 5: According to Jewish law Pediah must marry the widow of his brother Selathiel.
-> Remember that Pediah is 2 genealogies is in one. (3 if you count his natural father)

Step 6: Pediah gets a son named Zorababel.
-> Zorababel is offspring of the Josiah and Melchi line. (and Pediah's natural father's line)
