What is the alternative Judgement?

If there is no hell (which I'm beginning to believe) what will be the alternative judgement? I know that God can punish us here by fire in this life, but after death?

The above is written to prove that people turn to Jesus after death. The green part (partly) answers your question. The HS does something with those people. Imo their conversion is part of judgement.
We also read about people being raised from the death and judged according to their works. Imo all people are judged by their works. Even before they know they are judged. There are several resurrections. Being part of a certain ressurection means God "judge a person into a group".
But what's the use of judgement if nothing is done with it? The whole use of judgement is to prove breaking the law and they give rightous punishment.
Revelation is very clear about it there is judgement. There is fire. I think all that shouldn't be the question. I think the question should be "what is fire?"

Hebrews 12:29  For our God is a consuming fire
