I have the paperback new testament. I want to purchase the old testament, and put them together (I will take off the covers and rebind them, with special glue and cover with cow hide).

The problem is the NT and the OT are not the same size. The NT is 5x7. The OT is NOW over-sized 8.5x11.

The original / older version of the OT was in a smaller paperback version 5x7. The publisher doesn't have anymore complete sets of the OT in this older/smaller size.

I have searched on ebay, but it is not available in full sets...I wish to find either the NT in 8.5x11 or the OT in 5x7...In other words, the same size so I can make "ONE" complete bible out of two...

The publisher has no idea when they will have the OT and NT together as one volume, though they have been working on it for years.

Any ideas are welcome.

Thanks

Maybe you can buy an electronic version in .pdf format.
There are companies specialized is low volume printing. Even just one book. Then you have full control over the size, paper and binding.
