Group for studying pastors

Hi everyone. I'm looking to start a group with others who feel a calling to church service, ministering, or missionaries who are UR believers. This are people who already believe in UR who want to discuss topics such as pastoral care, administration, and support and studying. You can have varying beliefs on different aspects of UR-but you must be willing to be respectful of others opinions. If your already a pastor, and would like to be available to answer practical questions and lend your experience that would be great to. If you PM me I will get with you in the next few days about how this group will form. :)
