Title: War Room
Post by: Caffus on September 13, 2015, 09:34:00 PM
I just wacthed this movie on Sept 11, with my husband.  Its a Christian movie on the power of prayer with the focus on the marriage relationship.  There are a few theological things going on in the movie, I disagree with. However, it is very well done and very helpful to a martial relationship. I thank God for the movie and even before I wacthed it I have been applying some of the things taught in the movie in my own life. Any how, my husband surprised me with flowers the morning after we watched it...such a blessing.

I heard lots of good things about this movie, from a few friends.

I hope to get to see it....if not in the movies, there is always DVDs or on line.

My son used to bring home all the latest DVDs for us to watch. I do miss that.

Thank you for sharing.

D.

Caffus - I hope you meant marital relationship and not martial. Spellcheck can't catch that. What were the theological things in the movie that you didn't agree with?  :Peace2:

Oh yes ...I did mean marriage relationship.  :laughing7: As far as the theological stuff..the lady spoke directly to the devil to rebuke him. I personally don't do anything like that I only pray to God to get evil out of my house ect. I think there was also a prayer refering to being saved from eternal hell..or reminded me of the doctrine. Other than that it was great.
