This is a wonderful song, and the lyrics speak for themselves.

This song is a little heaver (rock) but Aya has a nice voice and the music a good beat.

The Truth about the Church is well known.

The Mockers

What was best,
was fiercely crushed.
they killed the dreams,
and now they are gone.
Sneering smiles
mocking looks
pointing out sins,
they hide in their nooks.

The bloodthirsty band creeps out of the murk
the gun of sharp words on the verge of the dark,
to finish off our tainted hearts,
all that we saved torn apart.

How can they know,
that thanks to their mumble
they turn into gold
the defeat of the crumbled.
These shadowless men,
how can they know,
the power of the scorned
is letting dreams go.

Merciless speech
merciless acts
words made of lead
of beasts so voracious.
Sneering laughter,
mocking glances,
envious faces,
and lack of tolerance.

The bloodthirsty band creeps out of the murk
the gun of sharp words on the verge of the dark,
to finish off our tainted hearts,
all that we saved torn apart.

How can they know,
that thanks to their mumble
they turn into gold
the defeat of the crumbled.
These shadowless men,
how can they know,
the power of the scorned
is letting dreams go.

Seer After Truth

I brought in the year 2014 pickin right along with Merle Haggard, George Jones, Hank Sr. Johnny Cash, Elvis(early songs) and a lot of blue grass. I enjoyed the company, Merle is the only one still above ground, no we didn't do a gospel song...are we bad?
Here is a fact JESUS IS RISIN! Hope you all grabbed some time from the passing year to volley in the new. Hank senor would tell his band, "Don't worry about nothin' fellas, things ain't gonna get no better."
Hank died at 29, I used to make myself sick about that, but now I have come to know, every life is timed, and He knows the time. People are the people they are supposed to me. :dsunny:

Here's the song, Town of El Paso from Ewetoob, but I can't vouch for the video content.  It's a good song, from back when there was Western music and there was Country music.  I've been to El Paso, but don't much like it - I don't like many towns...

Socrates taught Plato.  Plato taught Aristotle.  Aristotle tutored the son of Philip of Macedon.  This boy grew up to become Alexander the Great, largely by slaughtering a lot of people.  That's philosophy.

Jesus spoke the Truth.  He blessed the poor.  He healed the sick.  He even raised the dead.  He died on a cross for us, lived again, and came back long enough to tell us to love one another.  That's religion.
