John 15:5

I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.

OK, I'll bite:

the McGarrigle sisters (Canada)
Kirile Loo (Estonia)

I run, screaming, from most 'Merican music...
Socrates taught Plato.  Plato taught Aristotle.  Aristotle tutored the son of Philip of Macedon.  This boy grew up to become Alexander the Great, largely by slaughtering a lot of people.  That's philosophy.

Jesus spoke the Truth.  He blessed the poor.  He healed the sick.  He even raised the dead.  He died on a cross for us, lived again, and came back long enough to tell us to love one another.  That's religion.

YHVH = Behold the Nail, Behold the Hand = Jesus

I'll check your stuff, Lazarus. It's great to expand my horizons. :dsunny:

Those all good bands, but the only singer I'm familiar with is Elvis. As for mine, it's hard for me to think of favorites, but I'll write down the top ones I can think of from each decade.

The Beach Boys (60s)
Aerosmith (70s)
Van Halen (80s)
U2 (90s)
The Killers (00s)
Imagine Dragons (Present)

While we're on the topic of music, L Ray Smith posted a video where he did a cool mix between Van Halen and John Lennon. It sounded pretty cool.

Those other 3 singers of mine may not be very famous but they have great music.

John 15:5

How could I have forgotten Cheb Khaled?  He's Algerian, a singer of the musical style called Rai.  His backup band is amazing.  Here is the link to a video, and you will recognize the music if you're a fan of The Fifth Element:
