The beauty of what He did
transcends human ideals and words
it reaches out through every age
every generation
O Yes
We try to define it
To place it in context
With our perspectives-
our systematic theology
our philosophy and religianity
But we cannot
We do not have the depth
with which to establish an appropriate scope
our most penetrating minds can only say
"Who has known the mind of the Lord
Who has been His counselor
Who has given to Him that He should repay
For from Him and Through Him and To Him are all things"
And that is why we are here
To search and to find
That our greatest imaginations
are but the flotsam of futility
Let us bow down
Let us rejoice
Let us give Him glory and open our hearts
Perhaps,
In the morning
Wisdom will dawn upon the horizon
Upon the humble brow of our
Lowly minds
And we will see Him as He is
Logos
Lamb
Light
Life
Love
Living Water
Lo....
Come quickly Lord Jesus
Beautiful.....and so true.
