Even as Christians, we are not immune to lying, even if it is to ourselves.
I've been guilty of at least one of these regularly. See if you can identify with any. (click to enlarge)
Please pray for me concerning, "I'm just kidding" - this is a real problem for me and I know that modern translations
are direct in saying this is wrong - even if you ARE just kidding.

'I'm fine" I figure people don't want to hear all my complaints. :dontknow: :dontknow:
I read that was the number one lie from wives to husbands when the husband says, "Honey? Are you OK?" When the wife responds, "I'm fine" and doesn't elaborate, rest assured she is NOT fine.
But I hear you about complaining. Complaining means you disagree with how God is working in your life.
I trained salespeople and the first rule was never to complain to customers or other salesman. Why?
90% could not care less about your complaint. 7% care, but are helpless to help you with the complaint, and -
3% are actually glad that things are so bad you've been driven to complain because they just plain don't like you. :laughing7:
:mlaugh: Uh-oh, the one that leaps out at me is "have read terms of agreement" and sorry but I may never repent over that one, and I might be tempted to say "my husband would prefer I didn't" if I am backed up into a corner, perhaps I better remember to be sure to check with him first! And then there's the 'fib' like "yes that new dress makes you look slimmer"..
I told a police officer that pulled me over for expired plates...'my husband takes care of that stuff"
Police Officer said 'ok Sheila, but someone else may give youa ticket,if they stop you"
.

How about this one: "Oh, Hell, does this post make Laz look less UR?" :dontknow:
NO ... just kidding.
It doesn't bother me to click "have read terms of agreement" for two reasons, 1.) with my short term memory loss, I can barely remember all the stuff I read about in the agreement by the time I finish reading the agreement and 2.) well, I don't remember now what 2 was. :Chinscratch:
What was 1 again?
