I was noticing the "woes" Jesus spoke in Matthew chapter 23.. I was reading the Contemporary English Version, and there were 3 woes (which made me think of the3 woes in Rev.).. then reading today and looked up the chapter in an interlinear with word numbers and links, I saw there are 8 woes in the chapter - Jesus said to the Pharisees.
I'm not much into numerology, even biblical.. :Chinscratch: tho I do like numbers.. and think there's meaning to them..
But I googled the hebrew significance of the number 8 and read it has to do with "resurrection" and total new life..
I found that very interesting! It seems (I guess) to point out that even those which He said would reap the greater damnation / destruction / 70 a.d.( ! surely?) ..would wind up where everyone else will - totally made new!
Of course UR/CU knows this. But of course, too, the idea is written in His Word over and over.. And in many different ways.

:Chinscratch: I felt compelled? to go back to the linked page, and scrolled down and noticed this.. had to read it a couple of times to get it.. I separated the thoughts of it in this quote -
Quote
After the 7 weeks of the spring harvest, the next day, the 50th day, is Pentecost. This day is also the eighth day of the seventh week.
This 8th and 50th day combination pictures the first resurrection when the saints will be raised from the dead and made immortal (1Corinthians 15:20 - 23, John 3:3 - 12, Revelation 20:4 - 6).
After the 7 days of the Feast of Tabernacles there is an 8th day, called the Last Great Day.
:Chinscratch: ..there's an 8th day in the Spring holy days ..pertaining to His return and the fruit / harvest of His 1st advent (total new life to believers) after the last holy day of the season, making it the last one
..and there's an 8th day in the Fall holy days ...(pertaining to the fruit / harvest of His long 2nd advent? total new life to the rest of humanity who had died not yet believers?) after the last holy day of the season, making it the last one
In my head, has been a large - ? concerning "the last great day of the feast"..
37 On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. 38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water." Jn.7
The title given to this section of scripture by the NKJV calls it "the promise of the Holy Spirit". If that is an accurate title, what He said on the last great day of the Spring holy days, was referring to the Pentecost event.. which is the holy day that precedes the spring last day of the fall holy days.. Sorry I had to include this.. even though it's making me a little dizzy.
I love what you shared and believe in is beautiful Marie !
I am convinced we are being set free from Babylon , that confusion by mixing truth and lies .binding and loosing what is of heaven/incorruptible and of the earth /corruptible .
I believe the promise of the HOLY SPIRIT to teach us and guild us into all truth is the setting us totally free , Jesus Christ is the last DAY in my opinion .
QuoteI saw there are 8 woes in the chapter - Jesus said to the Pharisees
Jesus also called them of their father of lies the devil , the refuse to enter the kingdom of God and keep their ''foot '' stuck in the door so others cannot enter either ...
the foot that is swift to shed innocent blood . and whited tombs full of dead men's bones . yet there is a greater accountability for slander and spreading lies about God , I am sure , Paul spoke of his part doing it in ignorance , but now we have no excuse the bible states , the HOLY SPIRIT of truth has been poured out on all flesh and the WORD JESUS spoke will judge on the last day
also on John 12
47As for anyone who hears My words and does not keep them, I do not judge him.
For I have not come to judge the world,
but to save the world. 48 There is a judge for the one who rejects Me and does not receive My words:
The word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day. 49I have not spoken on My own,
but the Father who sent Me has commanded Me what to say and how to say it....
Everything Jesus did and said was a direct command from the FATHER done in holy/pure obedience and sin / rebellion was never , ever found in the LORD JESUS CHRIST . we are to be just like Him ..
 Amen Sister! ..and "the work He has begun in us, He is faithful to complete it!" We are "living sacrifices"! Yielded to Him.. set apart as stones of His temple.
