Sometimes I will answer someone concerned about loved ones redemption, if I'm in a non-universal reconciliation group, I will leave a response like this - (because I've gotten myself booted out otherwise.. Not saying I never own up. But sometimes it's like throwing out pearls just to be trampled, lol.

oops/edit  :laughing7:

God is able to do so much more than He is given credit for. Jesus said He will draw all.. So if He has to reach them at death, I guess He does. As I cannot conceive of Him being confused. Lol. That's Jn.12:32. Of course God CAN destroy both body and soul/psyche but, since Jesus "will draw all"..

Agree, it's not something I 'push' unless there is someone yapping on and on about God sending the majority of mankind 'to hell'.
Then I pipe up more strongly ...especially ( am I allowed to mention a denomination here?   :Chin scratch: ) if I am talking to a hyper Calvinist . They somehow ( well the ones I have met) speak of hell quite gleefully.  Then I won't 'let it pass'.

The reason being , the person who first ( back in 1979) dropped the seeds for us to catch of God saving ALL...did not push it. He just dropped out seeds casually when we saw him ..which wasn't often. after about three times we then say " Tell us more".  Even then, he did...but allowed the Holy Spirit to do the rest.
It actually took me a decade before I,  after searching, praying...waiting , and asking God,  saw everything about love and grace  ( just like being born-again) ..and I wrestled , knowing that we could lose many Christian friends ... One night I said- " Okay Lord, You win, I will step over this line into this revelation and never ever turn back to my dying day. "
Once we glimpse the true Father heart of God..there  is no going back.

But as you say...we must be sensitive when speaking to people and discern if the Holy Spirit is speaking to them and calling them into the truth.

He is the only one who can convince anyone...we sure can't.  :)
