someone else may have more, and i personally don't have a strong opinion about satan's restoration.  however, i think the scriptures about God reconciling "all things" to Himself would be suggested.  such as Colossians 1:19?20,

In him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, 20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.

What about Lamentations 3:31-33?And Hebrews 12:10-11?And Psalms 145:9?And 1 Chron. 16:34?

John 8:44 states that Satan was  a liar/murderer from the beginning.
1 John 3:8 also makes that point.

Satan was created- ergo was created by God for a reason.
God is capable of bringing change, and that is in His agenda: greater than Satan so should be able to change him.
Satan uses the law to extremes: that, for me, is why Christ's sacrifice had to cover the requirements of the law in full.
Whichever ever way this goes for Satan doesn't really matter for me anyway.
After all, love literally conquers all.
