It applies and is effective for all.
But Jesus said, ?All those in the tombs/graves will hear God?s voice and will come forth? (from the graves/tombs) ?some into the resurrection of life? - into THE millennium, to serve called reigning? During his long second advent. (A full scope version of his so brief first one?) ?And some, in the resurrection into (the GWT) judgment? (?day?) - Jn.5:28-29, part of his long, second advent, which elsewhere He calls agelasting correction [?kolasin aionion? oR ?korrection eonian?] - Mt.25:46.
Logically, the completing of -Jn.12:32 - Jesus ?will draw all?. It being a matter of had there been no option to stray in Eden, we?d be an ant farm?! But God is Life, and ?is perfect? (Mt.5:48) so to stray is imperfection and entropy. This unavoidable, all important contrast, a slow gehenna fade that isn?t put out and doesn?t quit. Dust to dust.
So it?s Ant Farm versus the dis-ease as part of the cure? And immunity.. Total ?herd? immunity. Jesus, the Son (?first/proto?/prototype) only straight out from God one, implanted in every thinking being.. Father and Son being so close both administer God?s Spirit/Presence, same as will saturate and ?seal? all creation and humanity.. character clear as crystal..
(Being Life, every spark and breath of, means he lives through and suffers all that ever occurs. Yes? ..And endowed genuine thinking and reasoning ability anyway.)
