  Beauty/heavenlies and Bands/earthly

reconciled as one to each otherMAN in UNION with HEAVEN

angelic sons of God as ONE WITH THOSE ON EARTH

angels of heaven ascending and descending on the son of man

Daniel 12;1 Michael will stand up

Rev 12;7 and there was war in heaven,Michael and his angels

fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels

But he was not strong enough and they lost their place in heaven.

Rev19;14  and the armies of heaven were following him

   Rev 21  then I saw a new heaven and a new earth,for

the first heaven and the first earth had passed away

the Holy city is a square 4 corners of heaven encompassed as

well as 4 corners of earth encompassed in the new city

all that was scattered in the 4 corners of heaven and all that

is scattered on the 4 corners of earth is brought into unity/ONE

the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY/HEAVEN and LAMB/EARTH

ARE ONE IN THE MIDST OF IT

:dontknow:

i responded and the thread died. alot of my threads die young?

   Hey Tony;

I don't think the 'term' universal  is an problem with God.

One night many years ago..it was said to me

       U [a]N[d] I   VERSE

it is a turning toward one another

a turning of the hearts of the father unto the children...

and a turning of the children's hearts unto the Father.

so I kinda alway liked the term universal since then.

Sheila, I don't think God has a problem with the word "universal." But since He did not use it, I wonder if we should. Maybe it is just best to stick with "all"?

well, if it bothers your conscience to use it..you shouldn't..

when we all are given our new PURE language...we shall not

be speaking any tongues but the tongue of the angels

1Ti 6:3 If anyone is teaching differently and is not approaching with sound words, even those of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the teaching in accord with devoutness,

2Ti 1:13 Have a pattern of sound words, which you hear from me, in faith and love which are in Christ Jesus."

I don't know if "universal" is a sound word. Maybe it is. I just don't know. Kind of like "Trinity" and "Consubstantiation" and "transubstantiation". Where does one draw the line? :dontknow:

Thanks taffy for the good thoughts.
The pup is really a good one. Rather than slippers, she gets my undies and socks and brings them into the living room to chew on. But she doesn't really hurt them any.

Shiela, yes, love and truth is pure in any language!

UR is in the middle of every chURch

I know some univeralists may be uncomfortable with the label universalist or Christian universalist., maybe because they get the response that you won't find "universalism" in the Bible (you won't find rapture, trinity, afterlife, resurrection of the body, eternal torment, eternal hell, separation from God either). May I make a suggestion if you're looking for a Biblical term to describe your faith? How about saying I believe in the Restitution of All Things (Acts 3:21) That spells RAT!! So you can say
I'm a RAT, because I believe in RAT.  :laughing7:

I think reconciliation of the whole would be the biblical term, in German we say 'Allversoehnung'

Hard to believe a dog of 5 pounds, our old Tommy cat that died last december wieghed 17 pounds, I sure miss that old cat
he used to follow me all around the place when I was working out doors and just set and watch, out in the shop he used to climb
the ladder that I used to stand on while replacing B/O shop lights or sometimes jump on the work bench and rattle my tools around when he wanted me to let him back into the house. I hope you have your little dog with you for a good many years to come Tony.

Peace,
Fire Walker
