the feasts and ingathering

This blog article says “God’s appointed times (also known as feasts) which are written in Lev 23 consist of 7 separate events which are “remembrances of God’s grace in time past” as well as “prophetic shadows of things to come”.

The author does see the Spring Feasts as fulfilled by Jesus’ first advent, and the Autumn ones to be fulfilled by His second one.

But I don’t think he sees Judgment ‘Day’ as Day of Atonement for those who rise “still in their sins/ the resurrection which follows the millennium, but as one for the already saved..  :dontknow:

But at least someone, somewhere sees the feasts and ingathering as.. parable of the literal..?

:Chinscratch: Now I’m wondering about the 8th day.. I never considered that.. seeing the act of all things made new occurs - so to speak? - on Tabernacles - 15th day of the month, 1st day of Tabernacles. The blog says it occurs on the 8th day, called the “Great Day”, and that is the day upon which Jesus, in the temple said “whosoever will come and drink” - which is quite coincidental with Rev.22, (in the outside the revelation vision narrative).

But what most interests me is “the ingathering”, Tabernacles..

Revelation 21 does say.. “3 And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. 4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
5 Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”

:dontknow: ..Either way - “all things new”/“all in all” represented as occurring on Tabernacles, 1st day of, or 8th - I think either way, totally UR!
