John 12 YLT
44And Jesus cried and said, 'He who is believing in me, doth not believe in me, but in Him who sent me; 45and he who is beholding me, doth behold Him who sent me; 46I a light to the world have come, that every one who is believing in me — in the darkness may not remain; 47and if any one may hear my sayings, and not believe, I — I do not judge him, for I came not that I might judge the world, but that I might save the world. 48'He who is rejecting me, and not receiving my sayings, hath one who is judging him, the word that I spake, that will judge him in the last day, 49because I spake not from myself, but the Father who sent me, He did give me a command, what I may say, and what I may speak, 50and I have known that His command is life age-during; what, therefore, I speak, according as the Father hath said to me, so I speak.'

This is really interesting for UR believers, because in the original greek it does not say "the word that I spake" but instead "the word that I speak". It's not that the words of Christ of that time would judge someone in the last day, but probably simply a new word, that Christ would speak to these people who did not receive him in this life, and judge them anew, without condemnation, or else the words about not condemning would make no sense.
 man does not live by bread alone...but by 'EVERY WORD" out of the mouth of God.
.....and ABRAHAM BELieVED GOD....AND IT WAS COUNTED UNTO HIM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS.........
faith..is believing what God has told us. the Holy spirit that teacheth us...that will speak of what pertains to Jesus Christ...

Amen !!
the law and ministration of death , that age passes away making all things new [IN AND THOUGH AND BECAUSE OF ], JESUS CHRIST , THE GRACE OF GOD , GIFT to us [mankind ]
I don't think anymore that salvation in the sense of being rescued perdition after death, is based so much on belief. Because, unbelief is not met by condemnation but by forgiveness. So part of salvation is being done without us doing anything about it. Also consider the cross, Jesus said there, "It is finished!", and I think he already meant salvation. It's like Jesus meets all of us on that cross, and forgives us all, "Father forgive them, for they know not what they are doing!". Jesus is one of such a kind that does not want to condemn. Judging in Jesus' sense never means damnation, because God takes responsibility for us children whom he has made. He simply loves us and actually He has loved us before we were born, and before we did anything righteous. In this life here in this world there is trouble, but this is so that we would learn a few things. The value of love. The value of humans helping each other. The value of mercy and kindness.
Hi Daniel /anti_nietzsche ,
I have this comparison , and will share it , because I garden every year and have seen things . and using this ''idea'' helps to see the spiritual things in motion
when comparing between the two ..
If you can see the Last day as harvest , and This was done with the corn this year [ done all in one day having a total ''worked up for the freezer'' storage for food ] a process of bearing ''food ''. spiritual in comparison , seed / Word of God /'' Christ'' Hope ,that anointing ,for next years cycle and purpose for hard times when nothing is available in winter .[dead zone ] and new life waiting to ''spring forth '' /seed that remains to be planted .
But some were taken early for use [before the time appointed [ Harvest] they were tender and young and not quiet ''full ears'' .
We have the deer blocked out by electric fence and do not let them in till we got everything we want from this garden .. but little critters get in though the fence in weak spots and begin damaging the stalks and eating the corn early [ squirrels and racoons and yes even crows , but they are more of a problem when planting ,they pick the young tender shoots up out of the ground when the kernel is still pretty much contained ...
all this is loss along the way to the finished [ Harvest] End of a cycle done every year /perpetual ADJECTIVE [an age or for that cycle of life and death and new life from what remains for next years cycle and harvest to start over again
never ending or changing:
synonyms: everlasting · never-ending · eternal · permanent · [more]
occurring repeatedly; so frequent as to seem endless and uninterrupted:
synonyms: interminable · incessant · ceaseless · endless
So lets l start from the beginning [cycle ] the seeds planted, rows of corn , spiritually being the [Word of God ] ...
Our hearts are the fresh tilled ground/earth /flesh ready for seed [ Word of God , Jesus uses this parable of the seed as well
But every ear and every year we have ''different elements '' to contend with .. such as frosts when planted to early and replanting is a must , same for folks given the seed / Word of God and anointing / Christ = seed of faith
we have to endure ''pests '' and problems of all kinds during the cycle of life that can cause death to that plant at any time ..army worms , etc
a Plant is comparing , like a human being , you have storms of life that can cause damage to the stalks , we have wet spells that cause rot , and some dry spells that can cause loss and , you can plant every seed and give it every chance and some are so tough they survive against all odds !!
And every one was planted exactly at the same time and same way , yet some make more ears on the stalk and some only one ''good '' ear and some just stalk only , some never rise up out of the ground and leave a ''empty place '' between rows
and every one[seed] was given the exact same ''chance '' ....
So how can we as human beings figure out ''Why ?'' , So for me it is , God in complete control , knowing what makes it to harvest and what is lost along the way making it impossible for one seed able to make an ear of corn to compare its chance with another seed , if it is lost along this whole cycle from year to year and what God purposes for His own use
To me I would compare this whole ''life in the flesh '' down here in the ground as a year[continual cycle ] or day [harvest] , the cycle complete in Gods design Him being the Farmer and harvester of souls ... As I have seen it , it is impossible to tell by looking what will ''make it '' and what dies in the process ... so for me it is the mystery of faith in GOD , Only God can know and be glorified as far a purpose goes , making God the only one deserving of praise ... Because it is all because of Him anything exist at all .
:HeartThrob:
I hope this helps in some small way , it has been a comfort to me , and considered it worth sharing .. God bless
