God The Judge of All (Heb 12:23) is also The Savior of All (Jn 4:42; 1 Tim 2:3-6, 4:10, 1 Jn 4:14)
If the Christian in the United States is truly unspiritual and materialistic you don't want him to spread his doctrine in the rest of the world. Surely the preachers of the true gospel are very needed in the USA. But, what if "materialism" is being misread and is instead God's blessing because of doing things according to His word in a number of ways? Can the lack of material blessings be traced to disobedience to God's word? Is the USA being called to repentance by the troubles that are beginning to befall it?
On the world stage, many have the idea that the West (however watered down, it is essentially Christian and the East is not,) "...the West, through both colonialism and commerce, is guilty of causing the poverty of the rest of the world." God tells them how blessed they will be if they obey Him, serve no other gods and remind each other of His words...
Deuteronomy 11:21-22...
21 That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.
22 For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him...
...and, as in many other places, promises they'll obtain suffering and loss, even removal if they're disobedient and forget Him (vs.28.)

Romans 2:6-11...
6 [God] will render to every man according to his deeds:
7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;
10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:
11 For there is no respect of persons with God.
Everybody is as unique as their finger prints. Those who only look at God's word and compare that to what someone is doing are judges of the Law. God looks on the heart, and to the merciful He will be merciful; but, to the adversarial He will be an adversary. He will save the afflicted; but bring down the haughty, one way or another.
2 Samuel 22:26-28...
26 With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful, and with the upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright.
27 With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself unsavoury.
28 And the afflicted people thou wilt save: but thine eyes are upon the haughty, that thou mayest bring them down.
2 Corinthians 10:12, 17-18...
12 For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.
