Salvation in our Lord begins with His first awesome touch of Spirit and continues in past, present and future. We need saving, and the Specialist is none other than the Lord Isous.
"God is the Saviour of all mankind" (not some of mankind, ALL)
"especially" (especially is NOT only)
"those who believe" or "those who trust Him".
"Command & teach"
God Himself reaches to a broken world.
This is NOT I sure do hope they are smart enough to accept my offer/ deal by the Will of all wills.
For the creation was made subject to futility, not willingly, but by reason of Him who has subjected the same in hope....

yup...'especially' is used several times by Paul n NEVER in an exclusive sense.
