The Father told the called out and separated nation of Israel that when they fell away and were disobedient He would "scatter them among all the nations". (Deuteronomy 28:64)

But way earlier, in man's infancy, when mankind was building the first tower, called Babel, the Father said to the Son, "Come, let Us go down and confuse their language, so that they will not understand one another’s speech.”

So the LORD scattered them from there over the face of the whole earth. And they stopped building the city, and that is why it is called Babel. For there the LORD confused the language of the whole world, and from that place the LORD scattered them over the face of all the earth.. Genesis 11:8

In John chapter 11, after Jesus rose Lazarus from the tomb, some witnesses ran back to the Pharisees and told them what Jesus had done, and this is when Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, said, “You know nothing at all! You do not realize that it is better for you that one man die for the people! Than that the whole nation perish!"

The next verse says, "Caiaphas did not say this on his own. Instead, as high priest that year, he was prophesying that Jesus would die for the nation. And not only for the nation, but also, for the scattered children of God, to gather them together into one". John 11:51-52

In the verse, "scattered" children, scattered is G#1287 - "to separate, scatter, winnow (a blowing away of the chaff or hull)"

But when speaking about the dispersion of the nation Israel, the word used in verse John 7:35 -- "Where does He intend to go that we will not find Him? Will He go where the Jews are dispersed among the Greeks?" -- the word is G#1290, which is "the scattering of seed by the sower".

"As high priest that year, he was prophesying that Jesus would die for the nation. And not only for the nation, but also, for the scattered children of God, to gather them together into one". John 11:51-52

And who were scattered? …"the LORD confused the language of the WHOLE world, and from that place the LORD scattered them over the face of ALL the earth.. Genesis 11:8

G#3946 - all, every, the whole -- John 12:32 - "And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all (G#3946) to Myself." (Berean Literal Bible)
"I will draw ALL to Me." [Jesus, Jn.12:32] Written in the pattern of the Holy Days? an image - https://inner-monastery.blogspot.com
