Hi all, Forest again!
As mentioned before, I've been a UR believer since childhood but lost my way in adulthood. I have found it scary and oftentimes dreadful to do Bible studies due to my current work on coming back round to UR. Can anyone recommend some really good Bible studies that relate to UR that I can do to get started? I crave to read the Word, but also fear finding verses that I don't comprehend and being turned away from wanting to read the Bible. Thank you!

In particular I have found the writings of J.W.Hanson helpful. Much of it is on the Tentmaker website, and if you have an interest, I might recommend Bible Threatenings Explained. The name says it all. It is available to read here: https://tentmaker.org/books/BibleThreateningsExplained.html
It's a pretty good study, and pretty easy to go in and out of with your bible.

For me, when it came to understanding verses that didn't seem to line up with UR, I always had to dig deeper, namely by the use of a concordance to see the original words that were used in the verse in question.
Once I saw the original word, I would then study other examples of it and constantly think about it while asking for help from the Spirit to understand.
For me, it took awhile, but we are to be patient in understanding, and I come to find that the main reason we need to be patient is, with some verses, the understanding isn't given right away because sometimes there are other truths and principles we need to learn first before the original verse in question is understood.
The example of math was used to help me understand this principle, we need to learn addition, subtraction, multiplying and dividing before we can get into more understandings, for example: we need to learn algebra before geometry and we need to learn geometry before we can learn trigonometry and so on ....
just like the learning of math is a process, so is the learning of the deep things of the word and it is His Spirit that searches the depths and reveals what is hidden.
And with what Pat said, this goes along with what others have come to understand also, but I will give this piece of advice, despite the fact that we can learn from others, I recommend studying myself and the reason I say this is: when God reveals the truth to you personally through the revelation (revealing) of the word, it has more of an impact on your own heart and mind, and it sticks with you so you won't forget ... I myself believe He is awesome in this way.

Ultimately, Jesus Christ is Truth, and any problems with UR are resolved by looking at them through the lens of His Life.
Did He forgive and love His enemies, or cast them into everlasting judgement? "Father, forgive them."
His entire Life was (and continues to be) a display of the everlasting unconditional love of God.
