All shall confess to the Glory of God

Does meaningless lip service or genuine heartfelt confession bring Glory to God?

All shall confess Jesus is Lord to the Glory of God the Father ( Philippians 2:10-11 ).

No man can say that Jesus is Lord, but by the Holy Spirit. ( 1 Corinthians 12:3 )

Scripture proclaims that all shall confess Jesus is Lord and also proclaims that no man can confess Jesus is Lord, but by the Holy Spirit. We also see in scripture that "if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved". "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" ( Romans 10:9-10 ). Therefore the only conclusion one can arrive at in view of all these scriptural witnesses is that all shall confess Jesus is Lord with believing hearts, and such confession is made unto Salvation...to the Glory ( Delight ) of God the Father.

Certainly mere lip service rendered unto Christ from the unsaved wouldn't be to the Glory ( Delight ) of God the Father but genuine heartfelt confession and praise from them would, would it not?

There is another verse, which escapes me right now (anyone help me out here?), but is something to the effect of:

"The Lord despises false praise."

So the Lord is going to "force" everyone to bow and confess a fake confession to Himself?

In any case the trio of "bow & confess" verses (Isa 45:23, Rom 14:11, Phil 2:10-11) present a very strong case for UR.  If you look at the actual definition for confess in those verses, you will see the following:
- confess
- swear an oath
- swear allegiance (loyalty)
- willing praise
- acknowledge joyfully
- worship
- give honor

Too bad its too late by that time.

This Is an excellent point. As one brother told me after service one Sunday , they sing hymns with those verses , but know one really believes it.
