I was up half the night on something that's bothered me for two or three days, just running absolutely everything through my mind again that absolutely anybody in any context has told me from the very moment that I first started getting approached about being admin around here of these boards, and how many things that quite a few have told me just absolutely don't add up with the facts that I'm aware of from before and since. And my two thoughts that I kept coming back to are the outworkings of some prophetic Words that I said in 2007 around here and in other places, or another scenario that I'll keep to myself. I finally got up about 6:45am to get a couple of oatmeal cookies and a glass of tea when the Lord said "would either of the two scenarios you're thinking of really bother you if either bore out on how/why you're here as board admin?" And I was like, "guess not!" and got up with the munchies. Amazing how with even just one question from the Lord sometimes, He's able to silence you, eh?
Anyway, as I was enjoying a couple of oatmeal cookies and my tea, the Lord said:
"'And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation...' (2Peter 3:15) Isn't it truly amazing how many people read that as the longsuffering of our Lord is damnation? You hear it in quite a few places to the present day that after the Lord's finished with being longsuffering, you are sooo screwed! Why doesn't anyone ever read that as, after the Lord's finished with being longsuffering, you are sooo SAVED??"

I want to pray against a spirit of conspiracy that seems determined to latch on to the Christian Universalist community. The Scriptures say not to call conspiracy what others are calling conspiracy in the book of Isaiah. A spirit of conspiracy will try to appeal to the mind, emotions, and adrenaline with random facts and lies and try to convince you that something bizzar is registering on your spirit as a genuine revelation and that you're really in the know now. It is emphatically a spirit of antiChrist. It will try to steal the anointing and choke off any good thing that the Word of God was genuinely doing in your life. It is a thief of God's blessings and a spirit of accusation. It says in Proverbs that the words of a gossip are like choice morsels going to the very depths of your belly. Welcome to a primary source of tares that a lot of Christians, whether in the Left Behind camp or in the UR camp or in various other camps just eat up as their favorite dish, like the prophets in the Old Testament that were trying to make some type of soup and didn't know they were about to accidentally poison themselves!
I couldn't be brought under submission to New World Order propoganda, December 2012 propoganda, Jewish conspiracy propoganda, wicked agenda of the Church propoganda, wicked agenda of Obama administration propoganda, and a dozen other bits of absolute unScriptural nonsense, so the devil tried to get me over the last few days over between 39 and 50 genuine oddities (peculiarities!!) that have happened from the moment that I was first approached with being the admin of these boards, for which I still have no answer for apparent random lies, misleading details, and whatever that have happened around me. And the Lord had to shake me from that, because preoccupation with such bull will strangle a spiritual life and all that God was starting to do in your life. It is a very crafty attempt on the devil's part to introduce paranoia and strife with anyone that doesn't agree with what you think you've really had your eyes opened to.
And the Lord had to just speak up this morning in pointing out to me that with worse case scenario of everything having had any type of agenda tied to it that my mind was trying to get into with it, that it's consistently [each step along the way] been in my favor, so where's the problem if I wasn't trying to engineer any evil but just had my eyes totally stuck to the Scriptures, Holy Spirit, and my portion [as a Christian] of imitating God? A spirit of conspiracy is a thief of mental, emotional, and adrenal function and will try to convince you that God has really opened your eyes to what is really going on, when it is a false spirit of wisdom, false spirit of knowledge, and false spirit of discernment, that forces the conclusion that it's a spirit of false prophecy. Prophecy isn't just predictive. It relates to sharing the truth in an edifying and revelatory way. But if you've got a spirit working on you trying to tell you that random gibberish genuinely all ties together and has a motive behind it, then the devil's won the battle for your attention and has taken you away from the Word of God.
So, Father, in the Name of Jesus, I bind the spirit of conspiracy that would try to choke the life out of Tentmaker Ministries and that would try to poison the fellowship of the discussion boards at Tentmaker. I thank You, Father, that we're continuing in Your Word and we're Your disciples indeed, we're growing everyday in the grace, truth, and love of God, and the truth is making us free.
Some would ask what's the difference between this and genuinely seeing the truth. The Spirit behind it. I've never seen anything that was an actual unveiling of God in a New Covenant context that wasn't totally wonderful, whether in a general or a specific personal sense. It's hopeful rather than something that makes you squeamish or fearful -- the more you hear about it. It winds up being a demension of love in your life, like you've never had there before. It'll consistently [perhaps always] have a holy spirit of romance to it that seems too good to be true 'cause 1Corinthians 14 says it's edification, exhortation, and comfort. It produces a genuine righteousness with God that the Scriptures say makes you bold as a lion. It progressively [though in different ways] makes you more of an extrovert with genuine hope, while a spirit of controversy makes you start thinking of how/where you can store your tribulation rations and avoid getting detected by the big boogey man of whatever sort he or his system may be. It exalts Christ and shows you a future and a hope, rather than making you think that all of those prayers you've prayed were for absolutely nothing. The Scriptures say that it'll vindicate God/Love in the eyes of all.

I think we all have a tendency to fall prey to this one, Martin. Whenever it comes up for me, I simply have to be reminded of having the mind of Christ, which was this: "Father, forgive them, for they
know not what they do! He has not given us a spirit of fear, which is what conspiracy tries to introduce.
I'm agreeing with you on praying against this one.
