Can a believer in Jesus Christ the Savoir of the world, smoke and drink, have bad thoughts, get angry at times, make oaths he/she can't keep to get better, confess each day to the weaknesses, trying each day to stop whatever, be considered, as is said in the world christendom, be in a/the state of being saved?

I think being saved is a process, much unlike I used to see it before. I used to think it meant, say a "sinners prayer" then you are instantly saved. Since I no longer believe in hell, that just makes no sense to me anymore. Now, I see it as a process of daily dying to self.
I think each person has what Paul called "his own salvation." Therefore, I don't make a blanket statement about that. However, since the word saved comes from "sozo" which means to make whole, in the sense of healing, I would say it would be hard to say someone is healed of something they constantly struggle with.
I am not saved/healed from certain mentalities and habits myself yet, but I am alot better than I used to be, and I think that's the point of salvation. I keep looking forward and not backward, and I keep, Lord willing, doing as you say "confess each day to the weaknesses." That's good for humility.
Honestly, if you swap the word "saved" for "healed" it makes the Bible alot easier to understand. Even though "saved" is a proper translation, the sense of it is "salvaging" or "healing."

Throw the word "body" in there too.
The Lord made each and every one of us, something He has been doing since Gen. 2:7 and I do not believe there is a computer that is or will be invented that can/will calculate all the evils or good works that man/adam can and will commit.
That's why I like the CLV of John 3:16 For thus God loves the world, so that He gives His only-begotten Son, that everyone who is believing in Him should not be perishing, but may be having life eonian."
So much more of a resting that His love is a NOW thing rather than a past tense.

Have you been saved? Yes. Salvation is a free gift given by Him who did the work to achieve it.
I agree with Seth. Daily confess your sin (missing). It means you are paying attention to your need of the savior. It puts Jesus Christ in his proper place.
What is Jesus Christ's proper place? In us and far above all principality and power and might and dominion and any name that can be named. I love that the number 5...............grace right?
Yup the kingdom is now, and those looking for healing (salvation) are the ones getting it. This is revealed through the types and shadows of the Pharisees who did not touch Christ's cloak, and those who desperately ran to him even if to touch the hem of his garment.
He did not come to heal those who are already well (or think themselves so) but to heal the sick.

And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS (Jehovah Salvation): for he shall save his people from their sins.
Are unhealed people healed? I can't talk about salvation without talking about sin because of scriptures like that. How is anyone saved from the jaws of death if they walk in death? Thus enters grace-based salvation:

The above scripture is the ultimate definition of being saved from sin by grace.
