Unending Growth and knowledge

I have heard from many religions this theory that We can never equal Gods omnipotence.  The belief goes that we never stop learning, or growing. 

Many people are bothered by the thought of living forever, which I think is rooted in the fear that after so long, they will have learned, grown, experienced, and did everything possible to do, eventually leading to boredom. 

I even find much confusion on matters of space and time.  I wonder how Time and Space can begin and end, but at the same time I wonder how they can have never begun, nor never ended.  There has to be boundaries of the Universe, but then whats beyond the boundaries of the Universe?  The Universe had at some had to have a beginning, but what was before the Universe? 

Im wondering if this is biblical.

I think she was answering "what was before the universe?".

Or maybe she's saying all the answers to those questions, including all boundaries are in/of God?  If that's not what she's saying, I'll put that out there.  There's a scrip I'll find that addresses it.

Isaiah 40:22 [It is] he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof [are] as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:   
He stretched forth the heavens as a tent to dwell in.  He calls all of the vast heavenly bodies, which man has yet to discover, by name.
