"If there isn't a hell, what did Jesus save us from?"
I'm at a slight disadvantage so to speak, because I've always known Jesus.
But those who come to know Jesus as adults, virtually always have powerful testimonies.
What did Jesus save you from?

sins and death.

was going to add to that but that sums it up. He wants to bring us into his perfection

Unfortunately too many seem to teach that Jesus came to save us from God.

Drum roll....and there it is...(and by doing so, to bring us back to Himself.)

He came to save us from sin, sickness, demons, fear, poverty, danger, etc.  Basically, anything and everything we'd ever need saving from.  His Blood counts for anything/everything that the Mosaic Law ever considered it important to shed blood over.  And I can provide verses for all of the above, but it's basically the whole New Testament that gets into this.  The book of Hebrews says that it's for the joy set before Him that He endured the Cross.  One chief factor of that joy is having entered into His High Priestly ministry where He watches over God's Word to perform it in our lives when we stand upon it unwaveringly in faith and love.

don't forget that after we are saved by God, we will still be ourselve!

Actually, any man in Christ is a new creation.  And Romans 12 tells us not to be conformed to this world but to be transformed by offering up our bodies a living sacrifice and by renewing our minds.  Hebrews 5:12-14 talks about becoming skillful in the Word of righteousness until our very bodily senses are trained to discern the difference between good and evil, with the obvious implication that our bodies and minds will consistently choose the good and reject the evil.  Salvation is an amazing portal to a whole new world as people are made just as alive by Christ Jesus in this life as they were killed by the first Adam in this life.  Christ Jesus is the Last Adam.

So you saying that we going to lose our personility and act like a robot, smile all the time forever, no "free feeling", no more "us"? If that going to happen just like the borg in star trek, That also defeat God's creation of love, doesn't it?

How would finally having ultimate victory over ourselves in this life through the provisions of Jesus Christ be the loss of self and the defeat of God's purposes?  Do you believe that He made us to just struggle for this whole life because it gives Him some kind of sick pleasure to see us squirm and never be able to obey all that He tells us to do?  This is the victory that overcomes the world -- our faith, according to 1John.  This life is about victory in Christ Jesus and not about dying the death of the old Adam.  In Christ Jesus we have passed from death to life and this life is about fulfilling all of God's glorious purposes rather than living on the animalistic level of not being able to obey and not being able to reflect God's glory.  Ephesians 3 says that all of the principalities and powers in heavenly places are to learn all of the treasures of wisdom and knowledge from us.

Bondage to darkness isn't free feeling and there's a whole lot more that God has provided than what's preached in most circles.  God has promised us total and absolute victory in Christ Jesus over all of sin and death, for what the law couldn't do in that it was powerless through the flesh, God did in sending His own Son in the likeness of human flesh so that we could live according to the Spirit and not according to the flesh.  To be spiritually minded is life and peace and not borg.  The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead is available for the quickening of our own bodies as we present them to God as a living sacrifice and aren't conformed to this world but are transformed by the renewing of our minds so that we can do the perfect will of God.  The God of peace has crushed Satan under our feet.  We have passed from death to life.

Not even necessarily testimonies. Just highlights. I can't imagine anyone not knowing Christ, to not experience some significant change after coming to know Him. Something(s) of this world that a relationship with Jesus delivered them from. I'm basically wanting to compile a list of what belief, faith and a relationship with Jesus, saves people from in this world. So as to make Salvation and hell less synonymous.

Excellent. Anything that Mosaic Law ever considered it important to shed blood over. Did any of that ever have anything whatsoever to do with salvation from hell?

This is why all true disciples of Christ, act, think and dress alike. We all read the same books, listen to the same music and pray the same exact prayers. We all have the same exact temptations, struggles and victories. We are always happy and never have any bad thoughts or bad feelings. No individuality whatsoever. Oh and we most certainly never ever disagree about anything amongst ourselves.

well I love God always but if we were born on earth as human (remember he create us to be differant, no where in the bible said God made you to be the same as other) The bible said we should follow christ's example and be like him, in other word, if a man ask you for cup of water because he is poor and you only have 34 cent and you saving for a ride to the bus because it a long walk, what your choice? What would Jesus do? You would give him a cup of water and you have to walk a long way to home

This is what Jesus meant by following his example, not destorying your own mind or yourselve, just be who you are as God create you, why we all look differant? Why my nose look bigger than your? How about differant feeling? God does that through family's gene, when we become God's family, we will always be happy, but we should remember we will never los our memory of how you mom first brought your necklace, how you first have a child,  how you first learn your first homework from school, I don't think god will wipe away our memory of who we are, only wipe away tear, death, sorrow and pain

Tear are for: war, death, family's death, cancer
sorrow are for: cancer, dying, family's death, war
pain: losing your family, needle stick in you, being cut, eaten by a lion, cancer
death: no more talking, hugging, kissing your family, no more touch of skin to each other, can't image losing your own children and won't be able to touch their's hand, hold hand, or kiss their's fluffy cheek.

God want all to be part of family, not losing ourselve

When the bible that we are a new creation meant that God create a new human race that cannot die, look at Jesus, he ate the beard, laugh, sad, happy after he die! He still the same Jesus we know after he died, same skin, same eyes, nose still there.

All I am saying we will lose our sins, hateful things, and also death that what jesus paid the price to get us all to himself, to join the wedding of family.
