problems with magicians

Hello,

could you please pray for me that I would loose magicians that are on my trail? I think they want to abuse my UR beliefs for their own dark ends. It's not a matter of paranoia, I think this is very real. God is with me but I am seriously challenged mentally.

thank you for the prayers, they helped. the problem isnt big anymore.

well shawn, i got these visions of magicians following me and putting spells on me. i felt this as a real thing, as if there are people who do astral travels and that sort of thing, trying to figure me out and blocking my paths. i experienced this as being very painful mentally. i am big on forgiveness for everyone so i am arguing with these magicians or spirits or whatever they are, but it's not easy because I am not mentally stable and it's a real heartache. thats why i said I feel challenged in my UR beliefs, i mean with that that I was tempted to preach some hellfire. i think its a disciple thing.

Hi Daniel, i dont know if this will help you at all, i went through quite a rough spiritual experience about a year ago and was struggling alot to keep myself grounded! Was quite a freaky thing, This is going to sound silly but I put on my armour of God and i did it in a way that was actually acted out in the physical as i really really was been attacked bad! so I put on a hat as my helmet and i found a belt and put that on too and my shoes etc etc lol i know sounds silly but after that i felt much better and best of all no one noticed. Daniels a great name my eldest son is called Daniel!

I know this might not go over well in this forum but I'm a pretty practical guy.  But, I also understand anxiety and unstable mental and spiritual times.  My heart goes out to you.  So from a practical standpoint I try to think about this kind of thing from a mental/spiritual/ and physical health angle.  Focusing on "magicians" or evil spirits or what not will not help you out of this hole.  It will likely make things worse.

It sounds like to me you are experiencing a mental health and a spiritual health crisis.  The question is why?  The first thing I look at is chemicals.  Did a doc put you on a new med, specifically a psychotropic med?  Do you abuse substances?  If neither of those is the case, look at stressors.  Look at activities you have been engaged in that might bring guilt and shame.  You need a healthy resolution to those things...tools to deal with stressors.  Any recent trauma?  Also there are medical causes for this sort of thing...specifically thyroid issues.  They need checked out.

If you abstain from all drugs alcohol and guilt/shame bringing habits, and generally have good tools for coping with stress, you must start looking at psychological reasons.  I have no idea how old you are but the things you mentioned in the first post sound very paranoid delusional.  If you go to your family doc and tell him/her those things they will likely recommend a psych evaluation.  I would highly recommend going to see your doc.  I hope you feel better.  Please keep us in the loop.

No conflict.  Sometimes God instantly miraculously heals, sometimes He supplies the right medication/assistance and dispenser, at just the right time.   :2c:

I love this! I think it's a wonderful idea. Think about it, it's what God usually told the prophets to do, display in the natural what was going to happen. :)
